Had a great stay at this property. Plenty of bedrooms with fairly comfortable beds. Large, open kitchen for gathering together and had everything we needed. Two living spaces to hang out during down time. The towels and linens were soft and clean. The only drawbacks were it’s an older style home, it does not have an individual pod coffee maker, and the front door was a bit tricky to get in and out.

Great Stay!

Loved staying in this adorable house. Lots of sleeping options for my large family (not all pictured), watch was great. The neighborhood was excellent and it's super close to Disneyland. It was really nice having a full backyard where the whole family could hang out. The bbq grill was a bonus. The host was kind and communicative and quick to make sure things were taken care of. The only complaint I can think of is that the master bedroom mattress isn't super comfortable, but that's not a big deal.

We loved the location and the house was plenty spacious. We could hear the fireworks from Disney at night.

Large home super close to Disney

The house is quite large and good for large families. It is an older property but comfortable. It needed some minor maintenance such a dead or missing light bulbs, loose door handles, new shower curtain rod. The front door keypad was also not the easiest to use. The best part is the location, can’t be beat. It is only a few miles from Disney.

The property was very clean and comfortable, the facilities worked well throughout. It is a good location for accessing the Anaheim Convention Centre and other amenities.

Not as advertised

I'll start with the good: This home has plenty of living space and a yard. It was easy to access and had parking. It did NOT, however, have a hot tub even though this was listed in the "popular amenities" list on the property listing. Apparently, this was a "mistake". It is also not close enough to walk to Disney and would be a trek even to the convention center. The home itself was not overly clean, the beds were terrible, and the master bathroom has a mirror that is waist high.

Perfect for our Disneyland Trip

The rental was right down the road from disney, and Was very easily accessible! We felt comfortable in the house, although the master bed mattress was a little rough, the rest was great!

Wonderful

Wonderful stay. Bathrooms had and shampoo, we brought it own but it was a lovely touch. Plentiful pillows and blankets. Complimentary food such as cereal and coffee were wonderful to have! Walking distance to Disney. Will use in future as well as other guests with us will return. Check in and out was easy

Our first Disney trip

There was plenty of room for my whole family. The only thing that was a pain was the shower head. It kept falling while showering. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Best spot in Anaheim!

Everything you need, this property has it. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries, garage, basketball court, plenty of space for my family of 8 all at a very good price. Already planning my next Disneyland trip for next year and I will most likely stay here if it’s available. Thank you Mr. CB.

Beautiful Home

1st time using a home rental for vacation. It was beyond what we expected, loved the vibe of the home. All the amenities were beyond what we expected! We got to grill in the beautiful backyard 3 times and the kids got to play basketball. The location was great to everything we wanted to do, beaches, Disneyland and Universal was not a long drive. LOVED LOVED our stay! Great family memories at this beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Disneyland and other stores. Nice area.

Big enough for 4 adults, 3 children and plus more. Loved that there was a playpen for our infant daughter to sleep in.

The location was amazing! Right next to Disneyland Parks.

Reservation, payment, check in and check out were all a breeze and instructions were clearly given! Property itself was nice but in need of a little TLC with the paint and some hardware. The couches could use replacing as they were stained and older. The laundry and water heater could also use hiding behind closet doors. Neither TV seemed to get channels and no access to streaming services. We are not a very picky group so these things didn’t hamper our fun. We were really happy to just visit in the large kitchen area and have Disneyland so close by. There is also a large park just down the street for exercise or the kids to play!
