Charmigt uppgraderat Anaheim hem 3/4 mil promenad till Disneyland och 1/4 mil promenad till Anaheim Convention Center.

Tre sovrum hem med två badrum. Drottningens svit har eget badrum. De två återstående rummen är barns sovrum med Full över Full våningssängar och tillgång till hall badrummet. Alla rum har 43 'TV med kabel.

Det öppna konceptets huvudsakliga vardagsrum är perfekt för underhållande. Det finns gott om plats för hela familjen. Köket har skåp i körsbärsträ, bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål: ugn / spis med utbud, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och kylskåp. Matsalen har plats för sex med ytterligare sittplatser i baren. Det finns gott om sittplatser i vardagsrummet, en sektionssoffa. Familjerummet har en TV med blå-ray / DVD-spelare.

Rätt utanför familjen och matplatsen är vackra franska dörrar som leder ut till den bakre trädgården som har en naturgas BBQ och uteplats. Spelrummet ligger i garaget. Det finns ett Stiga Ping Pong bord och biljardbord. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, stolstol och pack n 'play för dina spädbarn och småbarn att använda. Det finns också en queen size-luftmadrass. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i hemmet som är tillgängliga för gästerna.

Hemmet har trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och gratis landsomfattande amerikanska och Kanada samtal. Centralvärme och luftkonditionering. Alla möbler, möbler mm är nya från och med nov 2016.

Loved our stay! House was clean, amenities were perfect, the property management team were awesome to work with. Very organized, provided great information and very responsive. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here! House was exactly as pictured. Nice very quiet neighborhood. Child friendly, and more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. We loved the peaceful walk to Disneyland, especially in the evenings, it was a nice pleasant walk away from all the noise. It took about 15 minutes to the security point of Downtown Disney, then another 10 minutes to the entrance. I have already recommended this house to family and friends.

Group trip to Disneyland

A group of 8 stayed here for a few days at Disneyland, 5 adults and 3 kids ages 8-16. It was clean, easy to checknin and out, and the most important is that it was walking distance to the park.

Great house - great location!

The house was much bigger than it appeared in the photos - we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great, though it is a long walk we were able to walk to both the convention center and Downtown Disney. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and functional. No complaints! Thank you.

What a great Disney house

The house is super cute with orange and avocado trees in the yard. There’s decent space for six. The walk to Downtown Disney is easy. Would definitely go back!!

Our stay in Anaheim

Overall this is a great location and the house was ok. I would recommend you get curtains that fit the windows and put curtain up in kitchen window. It felt like we had no privacy at all. The shower in the master bedroom did not drain well and it was not pleasant to be standing in 6 inches of water the whole time you showered. Overall it was a good family vacation home. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Disneyland option for larger families

Suited our family of 6 nicely and was easy walking distance to Disneyland. The checkin process was more complicated than past vacation rental experiences due to the multiple Anaheim city ordinances. Thankfully the lengthy contract and extra steps were not an issue in the end. Home was comfortable and well stocked. My only feedback is to add a towel rack to the guest bathroom.

Nice Location

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, and the house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 people. A few considerations for the owners: - The guest bathroom is outdated and needs an update. The door lock was broken (which was fixed before we left the apartment), and there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes. - In the kitchen, the number of dishes were exactly the same as the number of guests the house can accommodate. I suggest adding at least two sets so guests can use one set while the other set is in the dishwasher. Guest bedroom: Possible bed bug infestation that needs to be checked out. Overall a nice place to stay if you are planning a visit to Disneyland with family.

Great property

Stayed here recently for a girls trip to Disneyland. The place was very clean and had lots of room for what we needed. The walk to Disneyland is a bit far so we Uber'd to the pick up/drop off area regularly which was only about $6-8. The location is close by to a lot of stores so getting things delivered or driving to it wasn't bad. The only thing that we had issue with was that there was a spice rack but it lacked salt and pepper! We didn't realize this until it was late evening and already in the middle of prepping food so it was a trip just to grab salt and pepper. Otherwise it was fantastic. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place, great location

This place was everything the ad said it was. It was perfect. I could walk to convention center easily (0.4mi). They drove to Disney, but only because they knew they would want to come back during the middle of the day for a break and that would be 4 uber/lift rides today and probably similar cost to parking. Everything worked well. I have a few minor complaints/suggestions (and none warrant less than 5 star review): 1) Only one nightstand in main bedroom. Plus the one that was there was small...but only because I have a CPAP which was almost bigger than nightstand. 2) The enamal was coming off of the tub. It really needs refinishing/glazing. I didn't use that shower, the kids did, but it looked bad and might be a possible cutting risk. 3) It's a personal preference, but the main bed was super high. I know a lot of people like that and many consider it more "fancy", but if I was sitting on the bed, my feet dangled off the floor (and I am normal height).

Close to perfect

Extremely easy to communicate with the property manager. Close to Disney, but a bit too far for our group to walk. Fireworks can be seen from the backyard! All furniture was comfortable, we bring our own pillows and bedding, just because. We loved ordering groceries and having them delivered almost immediately. Neighborhood seemed safe, and clean. Slightly (slightly) uncomfortable with the broken gate/fence and very loud neighbor dog and yelling owner. Dishes all had white film from the dishwasher soap (for sure bring your own and you'll be fine). Bathtub was painted white, and that is coming off and showing the old tub. We just showered. Totally fine. We were inside of 2 weeks when we booked, so they required a photo of our credit cards, drivers license and a very long contract to be signed and initialed many times outside of the VRBO platform. There are a lot of rules in Anaheim to follow for VRBOs, including not being outside or in the garage after 9 pm. Easy to follow. big notices posted all over the house to remind you. No street parking, driveway parking was perfect. Lovely home, lovely layout, comfortable, air conditioned. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Walking to Disney was only about 10 mins which was amazing! There is also a huge avocado tree outside that the kids really enjoyed picking avocados for guacamole one night. Only negatives would be that the beds were really stiff and there isn’t much counter space in the master. With that being said we still would stay here again if we travel to Disney with the family.

Great for a larger family

We took an a vacation to Disneyland and needed a place for 6 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect! Enough space for everyone to be comfortable and for the kids to play. Would most definitely stay here again!!
