Blue bungalow stay

Excellent communication from the day we reserved the trip to the last day of our stay. The house was very clean and we loved the area. We hope to be coming back to this house in the near future!

Great bungalow

The bungalow was roomier than we expected. It was very clean and very cozy for our visit with our teenager and 2 small dogs. The fenced in, private backyard was so convenient and the location was perfect.

A lovely return

We love the Blue Bungalow. This was our second stay. It is well-equipped in all respects. Two full bathrooms set it apart from many similarly-sized options. The eat-in kitchen is great….we cooked, reheated leftovers, and sometimes used the table as a desk.Downtown is walkable although we mostly drove over this time. Winter is a less crowded time on the forest trails, which we love. It’s an easy drive to/from Pisgah or DuPont forests.We appreciate all that the hosts have done to make the bungalow homey.

Christmas time at Blue Bungalow

Lovely. Close to town,Fenced backyard. Only suggestion would be to upgrade couches for comfort during winter months. Other than that just wonderful.

Cleanest property ever

I have rented a lot of vacation homes over the last several decades, and this is absolutely the cleanest time I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and homey feeling. Great proximity to downtown Brevard. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to rent again.

What a wonderful bungalow—much larger than it appears. Easy walking to the downtown area of restaurants and shops and a short drive away from pisgah forest and several waterfalls. The communication with the owners was top notch and the amenities were nice. We will return if available for future visits. Additionally our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and seeing a white squirrel!

Bungalow in Brevard

This little, dog accommodating house was within walking distance of downtown. The fenced in backyard was very nice but my dog was intimadated by all the barking dogs dogsnexr door.

Little Blue Bungalow

We had a delightful nearly three-week stay at the Little Blue Bungalow. Its location was ideal, allowing us to stroll into town and savor the plethora of restaurants and shops nearby. Most of our days were spent exploring the various hiking trails around Brevard. Our youngest daughter particularly enjoyed visiting the local library just down the street to read books every afternoon. The kitchen and the house overall were well-equipped and user-friendly. The fenced backyard was a great for our dog, providing a safe and enjoyable space for her. The neighborhood itself was pleasantly quiet, which added to our relaxation. The only drawback we can mention is that despite taking precautions, the mosquitoes in the backyard were quite bothersome, which unfortunately prevented us from fully enjoying that part of the property. We frequently visit Brevard and eagerly anticipate our next stay at the Little Blue Bungalow.

Family Get Together

We loved the location. It was wonderful to be able to walk to downtown and restaurants. The beautiful blue bungalow had all the comforts of all. They thought of everything. The only disadvantage is that it was too short! The owners were very friendly and quickly answered questions. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great little house

We had a great time in Brevard. The house was very clean. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. The owner was extremely helpful and quickly replied to any questions we had. Will definitely be staying here again.

White squirrel festival

Excellent!! We love to stay here. The hosts are superb. We try to stay here for the white squirrel festival every year. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable with dogs and steps away from a small park. The owners make improvements every year ie tv’s bedding coffee makers and such. Brevard is a lovely and friendly town.

We enjoyed our stay in Brevard. We wanted to stay in walking distance to town, and this was perfect for that. Had a fenced in yard for our dog to roam. Would like to return some day.

We fell in love with Brevard several years ago as we began to consider retirement. We visited several larger and smaller communities in Western North Carolina, but Brevard seemed like the perfect place for us. Its proximity to two airports and other larger cities like Hendersonville and Asheville provide all of the amenities we could ever need without experiencing the heavy traffic and congestion we lived with in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area of North Texas! When we bought the Blue Bungalow to live in while we built our home in Pisgah Forest, we knew it would be a place to share with others who might enjoy the convenience of in town living while being so close to the many beautiful forests and attractions WNC has to offer. The moderate climate and majestic views of the NC mountains are the gifts we appreciate every day. We hope you enjoy your stay!
