Oceanfront på DeBordieu Colony, är Juk Villa havsutsikt bekvämligheter och utrymme oöverträffad. Inte bara kan du njuta av villaens erbjudanden, men de av North Beach Villa community och DeBordieu Colony också, inklusive golf, tennis, restauranger och val av 3 pooler.

OM VILLAN
På den övre nivån av en två våningar byggnad, med hiss tillgång, rymmer Villa 10 gäster i 4 sovrum, ett rymligt 5 sovrum / den och 4 1/2 bad. Den rymliga inredningen har ett stort vardagsrum, matsal och nybyggt kök. De yttre utrymmena är centrerade runt en enorm takterrass med en gasgrill och gott om utrymme för att äta, underhålla, sola eller bara njuta av havsutsikten.

Inredning funktioner inkluderar vardagsrum och matsal med gas spis, storbilds-TV och våt bar och gott om sittplatser. Befälhavaren sviten har en privat veranda mot havet och ett lyxigt bad med en stor jacuzzi och separat dusch. Med 6 TV-apparater, 3 DVD-skivor, 1 video, stereo med CD, kabel och trådlöst internet finns det gott om att hålla dig underhållen och ansluten.

Villaens byggnad har en hiss för gästens användning, 2 privata parkeringsplatser i parkeringsgaraget på marknivå med ytterligare parkering utomhus.

Great for our family!

The perfect accommodations for our family. We loved being on one floor. The view was wonderful and loved the close pool. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fabulous week at the beach😍☀️🏖️

It was Great and Proximity to beach was A+

It was great, comfortable and large enough to fit a group of people. Had plenty of items in the kitchen and had a very homey feel. The view and proximity to the beach were a plus too.

Family Vacay

This was our second family vacation at the Juk Villa and we've already booked it for a third time next summer. We love coming to Debordieu and we love the location and size of this villa and Ann is a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to visit again!

Family Staycation

We had the best time enjoying the beach with our family for a long weekend. This villa has amazing views, relaxing outdoor rooftop deck, and plenty of room for the children to run around inside.

Great Beachfront Villa

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront villa. The beach and ocean views from the expansive deck and main living areas are spectacular. Bedrooms are very spacious, each with a private bath and kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very responsive and made the booking process easy. We look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it.

Perfect rental for a wedding weekend getaway!

This condo was perfect for our weekend Debordieu stay. All of the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The porch is grand and gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was convenient and we were easily able to get to everywhere we needed.

Great location and HUGE villa!! Beachfront

Although we were only there 3 nights, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though we were there for a wedding we were able to enjoy most amenities. Large private bedrooms. Very well appointed. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Right on the beach and a great HUGE deck. We loved it and will rent it again!!!!

Debordieu colony

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The location was beautiful and convenient to both the ocean and pools. We went for several nature walks and saw more wildlife than I’ve seen at conservation centers! The owner was very receptive to my requests. I think they are trying to iron out a few things with both the cleaning and linen service as well as with the management.

Wedding weekend

Property is very well located with great views. Can accommodate a family with plenty of room. All handles in kitchen need good cleaning. Outside patio in disarray - furniture all over the place. No gas tank so no grilling- some window screens need replacing - it’s a great property that needs a little more TLC

Outstanding condo and location. Plenty of room for our three couples or with mixed families.

We were three couples in our late 70"s/early 80's. Hope to return with our family in the future. Huge condo which a family obviously enjoys directly on the beach access with all you could ask for in furnishings and assistance. Would caution elderly if the elevator access is not working.

Great house

I really have no complaints. This house had everything we needed. Great views of the ocean, large, beautiful patio with grill, TV in every room, washer/dryer, well appointed kitchen, parking for 2 cars, beach chairs and wagon. I’ve been renting at DeBordieu for over 20 years. I’ve rented houses, condos and now a villa. You can’t go wrong at DeBordieu!

My husband is from Georgetown which is 15 minutes away. We have two children who grew up going to Debordieu. We now enjoy it with our 3 grandchildren. The location is ideal for little people. We never run out of things to do or entertainment.

We started going to Debordieu in the late 70s. We have continued to enjoy our times there especially with our family and now our grandchildren. It is the perfect place for people of all ages. Sometimes I get down there and don't leave my "slice of heaven". We love to share it with others and hope they enjoy it as much as we do.

ABOUT DEBORDIEU
A exclusive gated enclave on the very southern tip of the Strand, this exclusive 2700 acre community has 6 miles of beachfront, marshes, creeks and forested areas. DeBordieu guests enjoy walking/biking trails, a boat landing, community crabbing/fishing dock, and playground. The DeBordieu Club facilities include an 18 hole Pete and P.B. Dye golf course, tennis center with clay and composition courts, and oceanfront beach club with fine and casual dining. Guests of the villa may take advantage of the the owner's Club membership privileges during their stay, upon payment of any applicable golf or tennis fees. 2012 fees for golf are $127 for18 holes including cart. Fees for tennis are $15 per hour.
