You're less than a mile from Twin Cities Hospital, 10 minutes from Paso Robles, 20 minutes from San Luis Obispo, and only 20 minutes to the beach!

Comfortable, clean, beautiful property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this studio. The accommodations were both pleasant and comfortable, and the property was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. I would recommend it to friends and look forward to returning in the future.

Cute studio

Nice location and very cute studio. Perfect for a quick getaway and so close to wineries! Bed is super comfy, bathroom and tv are super big! I look forward to staying again!

Perfect spot in a nice neighborhood

Very cozy and comfortable simple studio. Nestled in the backyard of a beautiful home. Quiet, well lit, private. Comfy bed. Exceptional bathroom with good water pressure and chic decor. Host was very helpful and respectful of privacy. Available but not omnipresent.

Great place to stay in Templeton!

We spent 2 nights here and were very impressed. It's a spacious, lovely attached unit that looks new. Sarah was helpful and accommodating, but also gave us our space. There's a yard behind it, with a chicken coop, but we never heard them...we did hear a distant rooster crow, which added to the feeling of getting away. It's quiet enough to hear the crickets at night, yet minutes away from Paso Robles. We highly recommend it, and will definitely return.

Cozy place to stay in Templeton

This was a well-kept, cozy stay that was close to wineries and downtown Paso Robles. Access to the space is easy, with the entry being though a gate just to the right of the main property. The freeway is also close by for quick trips to restaurants or any other areas to visit in the surrounding area. Basic toiletries are provided along with towels and a hair dryer. The chicken coop in the backyard is quiet and non-disruptive during the stay. Bed is quite comfortable with extra blankets available if needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a weekend trip!

This was my second stay, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! The bed is incredibly comfortable; the studio is spotless and filled with natural light. It is just a short walk to town and watching the chickens peck around the yard was fun. They the owners, were incredibly accommodating during the heatwave—providing an extra fan and even turning on the air conditioning ahead of my arrival, and during the day which made all the difference. I am already looking forward to staying again.
