FrÄn fönstervÀggen kan du se hela vÀgen söderut till centrum, norr till La Jolla, vÀsterut till StillahavsomrÄdet och österut till Mission Bay.

I samma ögonblick som du kliver in genom dörren, Àr du omgiven av en kÀnsla av avkoppling och lugn. Den ljusa nya inredningen och den glada inredningen gör det enkelt att hoppa precis in i "lÀmna dina problem bakom" humör och det faktum att du Àr bara nÄgra steg frÄn Mission Beach Boardwalk med miles sand och hav gör den kÀnslan till verklighet!

Mission Beach, The Beachwalk, Mission Bay, restauranger, shopping, Belmont Park (med det Àr berg-och dalbana och vÄgmaskin) Àr bara en kort promenad bort. Sea World Àr en fem minuters bilresa medan San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, centrala San Diego med sin GAS Lamp-distriktet och Gamla Stan ligger inom en 15-20 minuters bilresa!

Köket Àr utrustat med nya rostfria vitvaror, inklusive en mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin och papperskorgen. Bara ta med mat eftersom allt annat Àr till förfogande! Allt detta omges av vackra marmorrÀknare och golv.

Extra försiktighet har gjorts för att ge den mest bekvÀma sÀngen (madrassen ersattes nyligen med en $ 4000. Lyxmadras som sover som himlen!) med kuddar och duntÀcken. Vi har ocksÄ nyligen installerat en aircondtioner i sovrummet vilket gör att du kan vÀlja den mest behagliga temperaturen för dina sömnpreferenser. Och om du Àr för kylig finns det en öppen spis pÄ vÀggen som inte bara ger vÀrme men lÀcker romantisk atmosfÀr!

Badet, med badkar och fuktig regnduschhuvud, har totalrenoverats och omges av travertinmarmorplattor pÄ golv, dusch och vanitystopp.

Varje vÄrd har tagits i hopp om att du kÀnner dig som den speciella och vÀrderade gÀster som du Àr!

We loved the location. So close to the beach. We felt very safe as the building had multiple key entry. The host was very quick to get back to us when we had a question. We also enjoyed the beach chairs, towels and coolers.

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing. There was a small glitch with parking at first, which had nothing to do with the property owner at all, and was quickly resolved. Hope to return next year!

Unit was clean, plenty of dishes and utensils, love the a/c unit in the bedroom. Enjoyed the cool morning weather on the balcony and greatly appreciate having a reserved parking space in a covered garage. Great communication with the owner. Perfect vacation! Hoping to stay again next year.

This is the perfect set up for a couple to explore San Diego Mission Beach. You can't beat the location. Literally steps to the beach. And super close to the Bay. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards all provided! Good restaurants very close and a full service mini mart grocery with a great wine selection right across the street. And kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee, spices and oils. Sandi has literally thought of everything. Unit also includes a parking space which is SO useful in this neighborhood. I highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful condo! Location was perfect. Easy to walk to the ocean and the bay. Sandi was a wonderful host! Just had a little trouble finding the key box. I found a door with the address and was expecting a metal box. We finally saw the wood box farther from the door than we thought it would be. We're probably the only guests to have trouble. Otherwise, we had everything we could have wanted. The views were amazing and every night we saw fireworks from Sea World. Great vacation!!!

The security here is great as is the large garage space. We were never able to use the laundry facilities as they are shared and always in use. There is a laundromat across the street however. The condo is great except for the loud window air conditioner right next to the bed. Thankfully there were ear plugs in the drawer. The view from the balcony is great to view the sea world fireworks and downtown at night.

Great Location and Comfortable

Condo was great for a 4-night stay. Bed was comfortable and condo was clean. And it was nice to have a secure building with a dedicated parking space. Communication with property manager was good also.

Great family get away

The condo was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach and activities. It was a perfect place for a family get away. Katherine, the host, was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Sandi and Rick Ellis have lived in Grants Pass Oregon for the past 13 years since moving from Carmel Valley California. We are semi retired and share our lives with our dogs. We enjoy updating the condo when we visit several times a year for a clean and new feeling for our family and guests.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased this condo when our daughter was earning her PhD and needed a bright place to live for five years that was close to shopping and recreation. Since then our family and friends have enjoyed using the condo to vacation at the beach. Because we use this home, we have decorated and maintained it not so much for rental but for our enjoyment, so it's nicer than you might expect from a beach rental.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Guests have complimented our condo as being incredibly welcoming with everything provided that even might be needed. "It's as though you read our mind" . We have stocked the condo so that we have to bring only our clothes and necessities when we visit. So guests are gifted with what we provide for ourselves.
We are located on what locals call "The Strand" which is a spit of land only a few hundred feet wide. Mission Blvd. runs down the middle of it and the Pacific is just steps away as well as Mission Bay on the other side.
It's a truly unique location. The bright atmosphere first attracted us to this condo but the additional advantages that we appreciate now are the proximity to restaurants, shops and rental businesses. Not to mention the beach and bay on either side of the building. We can pull in to the gated and secure garage and never use our car again until we're ready to return on our journey.
