Great Spot

The house has a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The outdoor patio are lovely (although we thought the pool was going to be heated and it was not). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked. The beach chairs/wagon are a definite plus.

Amazing Pool and Spa

We have been customers of VRBO for many yeasts and this vacation home is the best we have ever rented.. Everything was first class. We stayed for a month and highly recommend.

Great home in a great location!

Plenty of extra linens, bedding and pillows, as well as box fans for those who can’t sleep without that white noise. Pool is wonderful, and pool furniture plentiful and in good condition. What really makes this home ideal is the location- a very short walk to the beach, and midway to Anna Maria proper and Longboat Key, and all the shopping and restaurants. We could walk to the Ugly Grouper! Highly recommend this home; you won’t be disappointed!!

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, great pool and hot tub (though it took us a week to figure out that it takes 30 muntes to warm up), great location close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Only glitches in the visit were that the washer and the dishwasher both died while we were there. Florida Dreams management was quick to respond and order new ones (though it took a week to get the dishwasher).

Fantastic location; house could use a couple small updates

We are just now finishing our stay at It’s My Dream on Holmes Beach. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 young children. The location cannot be beat; it’s in low-key Holmes Beach with a very short 5min walk to beach access. The pool was wonderful, and the house is very well set-up for our size group - any more would have been a little cramped as there is only one true living space. My criticisms are minimal, however, would prevent us from returning to this particular home. The kitchen is very lacking on amenities. The utensils are very cheap & pots/pans are limited. On the surface, the home is clean. However, upon further inspection, the furniture and majority of walls are very dirty. There are 2 white couches in the main living area with a lot of stains. All the walls are scuffed and/or marked. Upon check-out, it was requested only the towels and sheets be stripped to be cleaned - which I just find unsanitary not to wash all linens during Covid. All in all, we had a nice time but the home definitely needs a facelift with replacement of furniture.

10th Year Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Quaint home steps away from the beach with modest amenities with wear and tear within the home to be expected with a vacation rental! Loved the home, but found a few issues which affected a great guest experience! This was our second trip to Anna Maria and our first with the property management team of Florida Dreams Realty. It’s been said that you only get one chance to make a 1st impression. Customer service is defined as the provision of service to customers before, during, and after the sale. Our experience was that customer service ended at the purchase of the rental. The property manager failed to respond to our concerns and questions! We definitely did not feel treated as a VIP as stated on their website! The following is the reason for our overall rating considering Covid Cleaning Protocol: 1.) Mold was found in both shower walls and shower liners. We used mold removal spray to clean prior to use! 2.) Hair was found on the bed linen, floors, and showers. 3.) Some plates and kitchen utensils were dirty and needed cleaning prior to use. 4.) Pendants lights over the kitchen counter top, ornaments, television frame, picture frames, and ledges around the wall needed dusting. 5.) Living room sofas are stained. 6.) 1 pool Adirondack Chair is cracked and 1 pool lounge char has a broken back support! Sand in the pool needs removal! Final result is a failure of making a good 1st impression, nonexistent customer service, and definitely did not feel treated as a VIP!

The pool was fabulous and the garage filled with items for the beach was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and items we needed to cook several meals throughout the week. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit auch!Einziges Manko ist die Vermietungsagentur: aus unsere Frage, wie die Alarmanlage ausgeht haben wir nach 2 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen, auf eine Antwort wie man das Haus abschließt warten wir seit einer Woche. Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar, noch nicht einmal auf der Notfallnummer Ietu

It's Been Our Dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this property. We have renewed for next year. We stay the month and this home has everything we need. Our most favorite is its location. Literally 3 min steps to beach via beach access nearby. We love the location in Holmes Beach to get to all our favorite places. We walk to the Doctors Office, Hurricane Hanks, Grouper, just to name a few. This gives you an idea of our location. The pull is superior. It is most spacious, not compared to prior pools we have that are certainly nice, but small. The pool spa works great. The jets are powerful. Florida Dreams, Misty and Roseann could not be any more helpful. They are very responsive to a question, concern etc. They keeps us coming back too. You need the proper manager of a home to make your stay enjoyable in the event there is a problem.

Great Stay, Great Property

Usually it's a small screen. The home is well built and furnished nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked, to the point that I would prefer them to remove some items so that there is room for our food etc in the cupboards. The pool, spa, deck and grill are great. It is a very spacious pool area for a large family if needed. Again, they have provided a great grill that works efficiently, not like some homes with a grill that is underperforming and too small. Best location too. Literally 1 block to beach access. Walk to Grouper area and Hurricane Hanks area. Very happy with Florida Realy too. I had never heard of them but there were immediately responsive to my questions and very kind to work with. Thanks Misty!
