The home is in Gulf Gate in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything! Beach, shopping, restaurants, park, and downtown Sarasota. There are so many one-of-a-kind restaurants to choose from that are just 5 minutes away and are absolutely amazing!

Fun mid-mod theme that makes you feel like you are going to back to simpler more relaxed times but still has all the modern conveniences. The home is very comfortable and easy with a nice workstation. The heated saltwater pool has been completely refurbished, is very private, completely fenced and has a 6' deep end which is very hard to find!
