Denna enda historia, tre sovrum två badrum semester hyra hem har en stor pool och en privat inhägnad gård för ett inbjudande utomhus bostadsutrymme. Stegar du genom ytterdörren, går du in i planlösningen som är öppen och ljus med naturligt ljus. Vardagsrummet erbjuder bekväm soffa sittplatser och är utrustad med en plattskärms-TV med HD-programmering. Strax utanför vardagsrummet är ett rymligt kök utrustat med 4-delad rostfritt stål apparat set, vin kylskåp, trädgård stil diskbänk bland andra små apparater.

Med tanke på de stora glasdörrarna på baksidan av huset får du en glimt av den utomhusbelagda uteplatsen och poolen. Den skärmade och täckta uteplatsen är perfekt för att njuta av de kallare nätterna och är utrustad med en uteplats och sittplatser.

Tillbaka inuti hittar du tre sovrum med befälhavaren på ena sidan av hemmet och de två gästrummen på motsatt sida. Sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-sovrum och har ett eget badrum. Den första av de två gästrummen är möblerad med två enkelsängar och en garderob. Det andra gäst sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng.

Hemmet ligger intill området Sarasota kallas Gulf Gate som har många restauranger, barer, shopping, samt en Publix mataffär. Flera andra platser som St. Armands cirkel och centrala Sarasota ligger också inom 10 minuters bilresa.

we didn't want to leave!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing I want to say about this rental is that they nailed it with the decor! I loved everything about it from the colors to the accessories. The pool was so nice and relaxing. We paid extra to have it heated as the first part of February was a little cool.The only thing I would change there is that it would have been nice to have control over the spa. Per the owners request, the jets only ran from 9:00-9:15 am. Not the most convenient time. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made good use of the drink fridge. I would put a light over the dining room table as it wasn't light enough.The couches were comfy and there was ample room for everyone to sit. It would have been nice to have a larger t.v. with more cable options. I would have liked to have a king sized bed in the master. It might be time for an update. The pillows were good with different options for your comfort. As far as location , It was easy to get anywhere you wanted to go and there were a few good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our month here and would recommend it.

The house was clean and property management company was very accommodating. Pool furniture could use an update, but I understand that was underway. Location was very convenient to great shopping and beaches. Neighbors were delightful, warm and inviting.

Air conditioning, centipedes and more

The property was in a middle-class neighborhood with a vacant lot on the corner that was next to this rental. The vacant lot was terribly overgrown and an eyesore. We had an infestation of centipedes the entire length of our stay even with having an exterminator out. Over 20-30 centipedes covered the front porch, particularly after a rain. We found them in the house, alive, every morning. We had two problems with the air conditioning requiring us to stay in a hotel (at rental agency's expense) for four nights, and the property was not usable during this time. We placed an emergency call twice on July 4 due to the thermostat going out and both calls were ignored. So much for emergency numbers. We also had a problem with the clothes dryer. The vent tubing was blocked with over two pounds of lint. Even when this was removed, to dry a normal load took approximately 2 hours. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very lumpy. I'm not sure of the age, but it was not comfortable. The sheets in all bedrooms were old and the pillows were all old and flat. We bought pillows to use for our stay. My last complaint is the lack of information provided in the home, such as use of the TV. My husband and I are not tech-savvy and when presented with 5 or 6 remotes, it was certainly a challenge. Labeling of light fixtures would have been helpful. The room light in one of the bedrooms never worked. We rented this property for a 31-day stay. We left two days early.

Clean was all it had going for it

The property was clean when we got there. The lock box was very used and hard to get into when we got there. The hot tub feature was empty and turned out the pump was broken. They fixed that within 24 hrs. The filter was never turned on. I spent over an hour every day skimming bugs and worms out of the pool, only to still have so much left because I couldn’t possibly skim them all out. Asked the pool guy about the filter and he told us he didnt want the kids balls and toys going in the basket so he just didnt turn it on. So frustrating. He turned it on after that conversation, and i no longer had to spend my morning skimming the pool and my kids could swim without the nasty bugs all over them. This was after 2 weeks of me being the “pool filter”. The air conditioning went out periodically, and i just kept the air above 74 and it seemed to work. The dishwasher wasnt mounted to the counter And had to be used delicately. The toilet in the bathroom between the bedrooms had a broken handle, which they knew about bc they put a sign on the toilet instead of just fixing it. The garage door opener had dead batteries we had to replace. There were a lot of lights that didnt work. The fridge/freezer quit working 3 days before we were to check out. We had to throw away a bunch of food because they tried to trouble shoot it when it was clearly broke. They finally brought us a mini fridge but it had been 24 hrs or more since our fridge worked. There was no working can openers. There were no beach towels at the house. The tvs in the bedroom did not have cable, or satellite, nor any ways to stream any kind of tv. We have rented houses for many years in this area, and have never had a worse house. I am disappointed that knowing the house is rented for a month at a time that its not more taken care of and prepared more for its guests.

One month getaway for the family

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and a dog. The property is like it looks in pictures. It is in an older quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need including about a 10 min drive to the beach. When we got there, the coffee maker didn’t work. We notified management and they responded to my email the same day and brought us a new one the next morning which we appreciated. We rated the cleanliness a 4 because there was some dog hair but it wasn’t terrible. The high traffic areas were quite clean but some of the shelves and corners of rooms had dust and the air return had a lot of dust. One of our beds was missing the top sheet but we found one in the closet so not a big deal. We had a great time with the pool. My wife and I were working from the house and both our teenagers were distance learning. Despite all the users, the internet was fast enough for all of us with no issues. The kitchen was well equipped for just about anything you need. The fenced in yard provides privacy and is nice if you have a pet. Overall we were pleased with the house and would definitely go back.

The listing is misleading BEWARE.

The house itself is very nice. Upon arrival it was very clean with some smooth jazz playing. The problem was I paid an amount per day for the pool to be heated even though it is listed as heated pool. It took 2 phone calls and 10 days to get the pool to the 84 degrees that I was paying for. It was stated by management that the cost would be a certain amount per day with a maximum amount for the month. This was not the case I was charged the daily fee plus tax for my entire stay. So make sure to contact management about pool heat before you check in. Don't be disappointed especially if you have children that would want to use the pool. VRBO won't let me post amounts I was charged, not their policy. A refund for the pool heat fee that I paid and didn't receive was asked of management but I didn't get any response. ALL I CAN SAY IS RENTER BEWARE.

March Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay for the month of March at Coastal Reflections. The home is very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The large lanai and pool area were very comfortable, we choose to have the pool heated which was worth every penny as we swam every day, including one morning at 46 degrees outside temp. The location was very good we made several trips to Nokomis and found the use of Honore a great way to avoid traffic on rt. 41. Would return to Coastal Reflections if available for our next trip to Florida.

Quiet and relaxing

Short distance to the beach was nice but traffic to get their was often challenging this time of year. Management company responsive when air conditioning went out. Maintenance man did a great job. House was well stocked plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Stay near the Key!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For us it was the second time we used Rental Siesta Key, last year we had a very good experience so this year we rented again. The rental was ok, a pity that the furniture near the swimmingpool was so bad that we only could use the tables with some things under it and some chairs we couldn't use, the chairs and tables were gone.The owner really have to buy something new. Another point was the misinformation about the swimmingpool. There was no information about the heating and payment before arriving and for that it took a week before we could use the heated swimmingpool. The organisation via apps is professional but when you want to have verbal communication then it is not possible, for me that is a missed chance. I hope you can learn something from our experience.
