During our stay we encountered a MULTITUDE of issues that bring me great displeasure. During the first couple hours of our stay at the residence we started to notice that there were food crumbs and paint/makeup on the doors and walls inside the place. There was womenâs underwear under my youngest sonâs bed that was never cleaned up!While using our appliances on outlets throughout the home we noticed that a good number of them didnât work. The ad for this place said that there was going to be a grill, so we purchased food and prepared to have a grill beforehand, to find out when we got to the house that it was a pot cooker, which made it extremely difficult to cook outside on and ruined our BBQ grilled food. The washing machine didnât work, you had to run the rinse and drain cycle twice. The hot tub on the outside, made loud noise & leaked all over. The hot tub in the master bathroom was absolutely FILTHY and also leaked, we had to clean it ourselves and never got to use it because of the reason listed above. The biggest problem I have with this property is the infestation! While we were out in the pool there were multiple RATS roaming around the property outside the screened pool. Along with the rats, there were multiple COCKROACHES that we had to exterminate ourselves. Multiple times we found them crawling around the pool area & inside. My son is highly allergic to coach roaches and is now sick. So what will be done to help us since no one has reached back out to me! GROSS!
