Huset Àr en fantastisk kombination av avskildhet och nÀrhet, med det nÀrmaste huset en kvarts mil bort, men underbar centrum av Healdsburg bara en Ätta minuters bilresa.

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I would! The home and outdoor area were gorgeous and well kept up, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, the location was great, the check in/out process was easy

Paradise in Healdsburg

Amazing property. From the pool to the jacuzzi, outdoor seating, string lights and outdoor kitchen like no other, we couldn't have asked for more. Inside was farmhouse chic. Extremely comfortable beds and accommodations. Charming nooks and crannies everywhere. I could go on and on but have to mention the stunning waterfalls. Michael was very responsive to any and all questions and he has really thought of everything to make renter's stay fabulous. The only downside -- it was hard to cook indoors again when we got home. We'll be back.

My family and I have traveled extensively and this overall was one of our favorite trips. If you love to cook and enjoy your meals in an amazing atmosphere this is the place to go. The outdoor kitchen is next level. The host thinks of ever tiny little detail you might need both inside the and outside of the house !!! I would come back without a second thought

Awesome House!

Awesome house located close to town. Only 10 minute drive to many wineries. The house had everything needed for a great stay including an epic outdoor kitchen. Michael was a great host and easy to communicate with. I’ll be referring several friends to this house!

Great hosts

Our family had such a great time during our stay! The outdoor kitchen and dining area was spectacular. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, playing ping pong, eating outside, etc. The kitchens were fully stocked with anything you may need to cook with. The hosts really made sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive if we had any questions. Overall, we had such a wonderful time!

Great Getaway

Exceeded our expectations for the property. There were so many activities and thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. We truly appreciated how well-stocked, supplied, and thoughtfully arranged everything was. We always had what we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Michael was an amazing host. His communication prior to our visit was prompt and helpful, and he accommodated us with a special request. Additionally, when we left something behind, Michael went above and beyond by finding it and shipping it back to us. Wow! We will definitely be coming back for another stay soon.

Oasis backyard

My husband and I stayed at this gorgeous Healdsburg home. We will definitely be back during the summer. The backyard is truly amazing. There are so many amenities that I can't list them all. The pool is fantastic. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and has every feature you could imagine. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit with the sound of water moving through the brook. Our dog was welcomed and had a blast running through the very large yard. Michael was a very helpful and responsive host. We loved every moment of our weekend vacation.

The most stocked house ever

The house and grounds were wonderful and relaxing. The road noise was the only small issue, which really wasn’t bad. But the thing that set this place apart was the supplies in the house. It had everything I can possibly imagine. Very thoughtful and had such a positive impact on the experience. Just do it. You won’t regret it I promise

Amazing Home in Alexander Valley Area!

Our family had a great stay at this amazing home! The house is completely stocked with all of the essentials, plus more. So many bath supplies, kitchen, extra sunscreen - you name it, they've thought of it. The house is very nice, the beds are comfortable. TVs in every room with lots of subscription choices. Of course, the best is the outdoors. Very large, beautiful pool with a nice hot tub. Comes with more pool toys and floats than you could ever use. Outdoor kitchen is bigger than most houses with numerous refrigerators, BBQs, storage, pots/pans, etc. Large outdoor table, seating area, fire pit. Plus games! Corn hole, ping pong, and - our favorite - the hatchet throwing game! View is beautiful from the top seating areas. Perfect for that evening glass of wine. The host was very friendly, attentive, responsive and accommodating. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Most attentive host pulling out all the stops

I never give reviews but I’ve also never had a host go so far above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Michael was extremely attentive, texting and emailing in advance to make sure we knew exactly what to expect and we’re prepared for our stay. He was super responsive while we were there, as well, but he makes everything so easy at the property that there’s really no reason you need to reach out to him. I did because I was so impressed with the backyard that I wanted tips for my own place! The house has everything you could possibly need and they maximized enjoyment at the property. There are so many different spaces to utilize and they have all kinds of little bonuses, like a house scavenger hunt, a river and waterfall through the hill, a box of dog treats for those with pets, free wine, and a welcome sign when you arrive. We went with 3 other couples on this trip, but talked to those friends about bringing our kids next time because they’d have a blast. It’s really a great place for everyone on any kind of trip. Thank you, Michael, for the over the top hospitality!

Girls Napa Weekend

This house has everything! It makes it hard to leave the house. I spent a wonderful weekend with a group of old friends cooking outside, sitting by the pool, hanging by the fire in the evening, it was lovely. It was also nice to have enough beds for everyone to sleep on their own. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

Absolutely amazing stay - best vrbo stay so far. We came for the Healdsburg wine festival but wanted to stay at this home longer instead of going out to the wineries. The place was inviting and came with every possible amenity. Worth every penny! Michael was incredibly welcoming and responsive. One of our group left his suit after coming from work and Michael mailed us the suit immediately after we left the property. Perfect birthday.

Everything you could want and more!

Stayed for a week with family, including our two doggies! We were all so happy to finally have a family vacation. No need to travel far or board a plane. This home is amazing with everything you could want and more. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen

We are the Olch family (Leslie, Michael and Milly, age 18). We love cooking, traveling and wine (of course). We also love this house. When we decided to move into town for school reasons, we just could not let this property go (too emotionally attached!). So we decided to share it with guests (and still be able to visit). We are only 8 minutes away so we are readily available for any questions or needs. We hope you love the house as much as we do...

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Why should you consider this property? It is a great combination of getting away from it all (you are surrounded by trees), yet you are so close to town - an easy drive or Uber/Lyft. And over 20 world-class Alexander Valley wineries are even closer.

Another reason is the backyard with what we believe is the largest outdoor kitchen in Sonoma (we were going to build a pool house but instead invested everything into one crazy kitchen). But it is less about the size. It is about being able to cook outside and never have to go into the house. So you can really focus on the cooking and conversation. Also, you are right next to the pool, so you can watch everything going on and never leave the grill. And after, you can settle around the large firepit (which turns on automatically with a turn of a timer) to continue catching up. Guests have told us they have cancelled their tour plans because they did not want to leave the backyard.

And even though the house has this amazing backyard, guests also love the inside. The gourmet kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, high-end Toto toilets with seat heating and bidet, 80" TV and more are often mentioned by guests. We also pay attention to the little things: phone chargers in each bedroom, 5 different types of oils, a Keurig latte/coffee maker with endless pods and creamers, a watch any movie on AppleTV policy, Alexas with full music subscriptions, etc.

Making sure you have the best time possible is not a job for us, it really is a passion. We recently heard from a guest who stayed with us a few years ago (who is coming back out). She said she thinks of our property and her experience here all the time. We were so tickled. That is what puts us on top of the world. That is why we do this.
