This property is beautiful & clean. It definitely has a home away from home feel.

Fantastic place!

We stayed here for EDC weekend. The house is in a nice gated neighborhood. Well furnished and lots of entertainment with the pool table, slots and arcade games. The kitchen was well stocked there was a nice grill outside. Our group of 12 was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Baby Shower

The Winner's Retreat was a perfect venue to celebrate my daughter's baby shower. Plenty of room for 30 guest including parking. We would recommend to friends and stay here again for sure. Thank you Scott!

Las Vegas family time

The house was very nice and they had everything you would need. The theater room was our favorite! The backyard was wonderful with a patio table to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the blue sky's :) The house is conveniently located to shopping and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. The owners were a great help in making our stay great. Thanks!

This house is amazing. There is everything you could ever need . Tons of space! We had a small gathering for my son’s wedding. The backyard was amazing for pictures . Scott was very accommodating, letting our family check in early . The Winners Retreat is a class act!!!

GREAT 👍🏾

This property was everything we could've asked for!! Very spacious clean and comfortable for all. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. And too add icing to the cake the property manager Scott was soooo accommodating. I recommend this home to anyone thatis traveling to Las Vegas and has a large party. Hotels will no longer be an option for us. 5* platinum definitely gets five stars for me ✡️✡️✡️✡️✡️

Amazing property! Lots of amenities!

My family and I came out to celebrate my little brothers 21st birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place to do it! A very short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, stores, and restaurants, made getting around super easy. The video games, slot machines, and movie theater room kept us all entertained for our entire stay. The roomy backyard with the beautiful furniture, nice green grass, and gorgeous shady trees provided a really nice place for the family to socialize in the beautiful 80 degree weather and the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ grill came in handy to prepare some delicious food! The house was everything we were looking for plus more and located in a super safe quiet gated community. I will definitely be booking this place again for my next Las Vegas getaway!

Gorgeous home, great owners!

We had an absolutely incredible time staying at the winners retreat. It was very clean, comforting, & fun. We received clearance with the owners to have my husbands 40th birthday there & all of our guests really enjoyed themselves. Surprisingly the party did not go very late as apparently we are all partied out by 10:30pm. Lol. Scott & Kristin were more than accommodating & a pleasure to communicate with. They were extremely prompt in responding to any questions we did have. We highly recommend staying here if you're searching for a fun atmosphere that is also very cozy.

Great house with everything you need.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at the Winner's Retreat. Everyone enjoyed the movie room and all the games. Scott was wonderful and let us check in early and check out late. My only issue was that the pictures showed a lush grassy yard for the kids to play in but the yard had been newly seeded and it was very wet and muddy out there. Fortunately there was a lot to do inside and we were out and about a lot. My other suggestion would be to bring earplugs for the barking dog next door.

No shade in the back the grill was disgusting had meat and bad smell. Saw 2 roaches in the kitchen and 1 bathroom down stairs would not stay here would not recommend especially in the summer no shade to grill and the bbq pit is nasty my family did not enjoyed here games outdated not working

Already Book Next Years Trip

We were attending a convention in Las Vegas and my wife booked me this beautiful property. The house was perfect for a group of 9 large men. The host responded to our questions immediately. The house had a large kitchen, nice living room, and every gaming activity a man could want. The beds were large and comfortable and the whole house was themed, which made it quite cool. They had an awesome movie room with stadium seating and surround sound and lots of action movies. Find me a home that can beat that. My wife already contacted the host to book the house again next year.

Very Comfortable!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. We ran into many issues that were just bad timing like the cable box in the master bedroom going out and the projector not working however we felt right at home and the owner was in constant contact regarding our issues. What more can you ask for?! I would suggest adding an electric griddle as making one pancake at a time was hard when you have hungry little mouths to feed! :)

Sweet House. Check It Out, It's Worth Booking.

We've stayed at many airbnb properties over the last few years. This is our first time staying at a vrbo property. This place by far exceeded our expectation. The Winner's Retreat is by far the best vacation rental that we've ever stayed in. This house has a lot of cool things, has an open floor plan, stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for our group. The drive to the strip wasn't that bad. It took us 17 minutes exactly to get to The parking lot behind The Linq. The market and gas stations are super close, making beverage runs very easy. There are lots of food places within minutes of the house. I would stay here again, so should you. Oh, the host was super cool as well.

Barbecue pit very dirty backyard grass very high needs to be cleaned. Kitchen floors hallway floor is very dirty. Game room and slot machines did not work. Living room couches have big stains on them lots of stuff needs to be upgraded. House is beautiful just needs TLC. Had a great time yeah

Beautiful modern property

I recently spent a long weekend with 8 other 30ish year old friends. The Winner's Retreat was fantastic, exactly as advertised, very clean and accessible. Scott and Kristin have put a lot of time and investment to make a comfortable property and it shows. The one drawback is that there are only 2.5 baths, and one of the full bathrooms is quite small, while the other is in the master bedroom. For 9 adults, it's kinda tricky planning showers etc, would love to see a third shower option added somehow, especially if it's advertising for groups of 10 plus. Other than that, fantastic house, great price, Scott was quick to respond and be in touch. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect for multiple Families

Our experience at the winners retreat was near perfect. The only issue we had was the Master bedroom door doesn't lock, so inevitably somebody walked in on another person changing, lol it was more funny than anything. The house accommodated multiple families and still had two roll-away beds and an air mattress that wasn't even used. The kids loved the home theater and the array of movies to choose from. Couple that with being 11 min from the strip (during non rush-our times) and having a lot of restaurants / shopping near by and I have to say that everybody was pleased. Scott was very responsive during the initial booking and even accommodated a special request. All in all it was a great experience and if I ever find myself in the Vegas area with more than just my immediate family, I will definitely book this property again.

AMAZING!!!

Our family was in Las Vegas for a family wedding. Before arrival were given all information upfront on how to access the community and the house. The house was spotless and decorated very classy. Downstairs was decorated with faux painting over all the walls. It was an awesome touch. The kitchen had everything we need so that we could cook and eat at the house, saving our large family a lot of money not having to eat out every night. Between everything they had provided, the kids had no problem staying busy. They were in heaven watching Disney movies on the large movie screen. Overall the place was great, the neighborhood was quiet, access to the freeway was not problem. I'd recommend this house to anyone with kids or large families.

Pretty Cool Experience

My buddy Derek booked the place for a couple nights. The house was really large and was really nice. It was just like entering someones upscale house. We didn't use all the extra's, but they had a really cool looking movie room and some slot machines. We did play quite a bit of darts and utilized the pool table. After we left, I realized that I left some some personal items at the residence. The owner had it mailed to me and I received it a couple days later. Nothing was missing. I'm really thankful for their honesty. This is the first time I stayed in a vacation home, but now I'll look into it for future vacations. Fun times.

Beautiful home with awesome owners!

The Winner`s Retreat was a great choice for our group, right from the start (planning stage) up to the last moment of our weekend stay. Being the organizer for our 40th High School reunion (small group), and a first-timer in Las Vegas, I had to rely on online information and feedback from friends. The owner of this home was extremely pleasant to communicate with, nothing close to the other homeowners in our list of choices. Because of Scott`s courteous and very timely and informative responses, it was easy to make a decision to finalize this as our venue several months ahead. Communication was very efficient, all questions we had were answered almost immediately, all throughout the process. This beautiful Tuscan-themed home may be older than our other options, but the layout was great and perfect for our weekend bonding. 10 people stayed for 2 nights, and we were all comfortable. It had almost everything that we needed, from kitchen to bathroom. An unexpected thing happened though, when the smoke alarms went off intermittently from 2 am - 4am on our 2nd night. The guys initially tried to take care of it, but we eventually had to call Scott. Even at 3am, he immediately answered the phone call and helped us find a temporary solution. It was surely a homeowner`s nightmare, but Scott made sure he made up for it, as he acknowledged the fact that it was a miserable experience. Aside from this and a couple of minor things, overall, it was almost perfect. I say there would never be a perfect place, but with such excellent service, we highly recommend this beautiful home in a nice and safe location, with awesome owners and will definitely book again next time. Thank you, Scott and Kristin, for a great experience with your excellent service!

Perfect Family Reunion Space

This is at least the second time we have booked this property and probably won't be the last. It is fantastic for our large out of state family to get together. The location was perfect for our needs as my 80+ year old parents live 2 miles away. The house is great for kids of all ages. The host, Scott, was very responsive to any communication email or text. The primary things I like about The Winner's Retreat: Convenient parking for many cars, Large space for 20 family members to socialize, Lots of activities for kids and adults, Permit gatherings for birthday or shower parties etc, Sleeps a lot of people, Arcade games, Movie Theater, Poker Table, Full kitchen, conveniently located to nearby stores and restaurants. Looking forward to staying there again.

Family stay

Overall good …. All upstairs bedrooms…. Had 3 seniors so stairs were very difficult… would not have booked had I known that. Garbage cans outside were full and overflowing when we got there as well as pizza boxes all over the front driveway. Inside house was clean and kids enjoyed games in house.

Wedding Reception for Out of Towners

This property was excellent. Our whole party traveled there for our friend's destination weeding. I really wanted to throw them an intimate reception with our friends. They allowed us to have our small soiree and it was excellent. The house was equipped with Kitchen implements for a party and it was so nice. Some of the things had not been used for a while but my group of friend s is handy. We were able to get everything running smooth in plenty of time for the party. We had one day to prepare. Thank you so much to our hosts they were so easy to reach and very receptive to whatever we needed. I recommend this house. Also a great stay, the bathroom in the master bath is just heavenly and the closet is enormous.

Clean and beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay in a nice relaxing atmosphere. It was a little further from the strip than we hoped for but the house was loaded with entertainment so it was worth it. Highly recommend
