Perfect condo for all’

This condo was just what we needed. Plenty of space! Location was great for access to beaches, and downtown. Would stay here exclusively from now on.

Comfortable Condo with a lot of space

This condo was spacious with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed having 3 bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. The living room furniture is different than the photos with one less chair than pictured, but still comfortable. One bedroom (with the twin bed) does not have curtains to block the light. The location is fine, but it's not as close to the Lantern District as it would seem from the description and photos. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. You must sign-in to streaming services to use the tvs, as there is no cable. Overall, this condo was suitable for our needs and a good price point for the area.

Great location

Quiet, lovely neighborhood in Dana Point, but so close to anything you need (beach, shop, restaurant, harbor area) Great home and space, just as pictured. Very responsive owner.

3 Day Stay

Our 3 day stay in Dana Point was great! Marina made the check in process super easy, and the location of the unit was AMAZING. PROS: Bathrooms were spacious and very clean (MASTER SHOWER WAS AWESOME), lots of amenities, TV was easy to use, beautiful view from porch, many restaurants within short drive from unit! It was a great price point for 3 beds and 3 baths! CONS: Kitchen/Kitchen sink was dirty and we ended up not cooking, the unit smelled like Raid when we first arrived (but no bugs thankfully), the garage was extremely full and we had a difficult time parking 2 cars, upstair neighbors were having a party the first night and it was quite loud and we could hear them walking around. Also minor note, but one of the photos showed a Playstation in the living room but there was none when we arrived.
