As soon as you open the door the ocean view takes your breath away and you will begin to realize how special this 4th floor top unit condo is. With its vaulted ceilings and skylight it is bright, light and airy, and so inviting!!

If you enjoy cooking in the kitchen, we have all appliances and cooking utensils along with granite countertops with tile backslash, Kohler sink with garbage disposal and dishwasher.

The living room is beautifully decorated with quality Haverty wood furniture. The love seat and sofa are custom and offers comfortable seating.

Open the sliding glass door to the large oceanfront balcony made for relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. It is not uncommon to see pods of dolphins surfing the waves and pelicans flying by the porch. The oceanfront master suite is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, positioned to view the ocean thru sliding door that opens to balcony. The master bath offers granite countertops, Vanity and extra wide cast iron tub with white subway tile shower.

The 2nd bedroom is perfect for guests with 2 double beds and guest have their own bath with 36" double Vanity, granite countertop, cast iron tub with tile shower.

The living room and both bedrooms have Ruku sticks.

Rental includes fully equipped kitchen, basis small appliances(microwave, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, pillows ,comforters/bedspreads, cable TV, central heat/air, washer and dryer in unit.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $300 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 23 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
