Ok for short getaway

Beautiful pool but too cold to use...the heated pool was only slightly better being completely shaded. Disappointed that the ramp to the beach was not available during our stay. No handicapped access to the beach & 2 handicapped guests unable to do the stairs...why is there only a ramp on one of the property's two beach entry points? Got 2 towels & no hand towels in 2 of the packages, no dishcloth no dish towel...be sure to pack your own.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Was comfortable and well appointed and the resort is nice. Excellent service from Cindy at check in and when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. The kitchen was adequately stocked for what we needed. The unit came with enough supplies to get us through our vacation. St Regis is a nice resort with some great amenities, especially for children. We enjoyed our stay at Topsail Island! It was an extremely easy and hassle-free trip.

Family time

The unit was just as described. Great location, well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishware, glasses, mugs etc. Would suggest a lighter as we bought citronella candles for our time on the balcony, but didn’t have lighter. Did find a few matches. Would def consider staying again. Will be more enticing to hang by the pool once the bar reopens😜

Good location but needs upgrades...

Decent condo, good location overlooking the pool.. This unit needs new furniture and bathrooms remodeled... kitchen was well stocked... the linen service used didnt give us enough towels for 4 adults and a child. Check in was easy.

Needs some updates

Location was phenomenal. Only one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms when we got there. Mgmt responded pretty quickly to replace. Place was decent, needs some updates. Toilets flushed slow, had maintenance come out but no real change.

Love St Regis

A beautiful unit in an awesome location

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were lovely. We were a bit surprised to have to make up our own beds but, in thinking about it, our clean sheet packets were sealed so we were very comfortable with their cleanliness and we only opened up linens we needed which avoided unnecessary work by the cleaning crew. Within five minutes, we had sparkling clean sheets snuggled under attractive spreads and were ready to go.

Property was GREAT !!

the property itself was awesome. only problem was a leaky washing machine, which caused problems for us ( couldnt wash clothes) and problems for our downstairs neighbors...water leaked into thier condo.

Great spot!

Great place to stay for a weekend at North Topsail! Recommended for sure, will consider rebooking in the future. Was in town for a wedding and had everything we needed. Note for the property managers - the house rules that are written down on the small frames in the property are extremely difficult to read and at times vary from what’s listed on VRBO. Might just wanna double check or make a print out instead. Other than that - great stay!

Lacking

Guest contact was lacking in communication and service. Had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish cleaning 30 minutes after our stated check in time. One of the beds had no sheets. Misleading information in the check in instructions compared to the information in the unit. If you’re looking to stay where you’ll get nickel and dined for a wash cloth, piece of silverware, or anything else for that matter, have a lack of communication, and severe lack of service then this is the place for you. I would highly recommend not staying here.

Girls trip

The condo was great and very clean. Great location and view of the ocean was very nice. The only thing was the lack of bath towels and washcloths provided for 4 days. The condo did have a washing machine, so had to wash towels twice.

Great Place, Great Location!

We enjoyed our weekend trip to this condo, beautiful resort with great view of pool, pool bar, and beach from this condo's deck. Condo was well kept, clean, and updated. Great location on North Topsail Beach with easy beach access; restaurant/bar with great view on top floor of resort that opens at 5 p.m. Location is also only a short 10 minute drive from Surf City with tons of restaurant/bar options, many right on beach. We will certainly visit again!

Good times

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was awesome. Parking was great. But I’ll never eat at the restaurant again. It took 3 hrs to get seated and get our food. Great place for a family. We will be back’

Great Experience

We were very pleased with this condo - it was just as pictured and very clean. It’s been recently refreshed: new paint, flooring, bathroom vanities (but not new toilets or tub/showers), kitchen appliances, granite countertops. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. I very much appreciated the starter packet with paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The unit offers self check-in which was super convenient. The condo is officially located on the 2nd floor, but it’s actually 2 levels up from the parking level (which is designated as ground level). It’s convenient to 2 elevators and the stairs. The condo is in building two which also houses the fitness center and Ocean’s Edge, the onsite restaurant. The view from the balcony overlooks the outdoor pool. It’s not quite high enough to see the beach (the dune is blocks the view) but there is a nice view of the ocean. Both bedrooms and the living area have ocean views & access to the balcony. This was my first experience booking with Evolve and everything went smoothly. The property manager, Tony, was responsive, courteous and helpful. We would definitely consider booking again.
