Overall the property was okay; unexpected water issues and ants but the host was quite responsive. Our expectation was to be in a better neighborhood but we survived. The park across from the property was good but certainly did not care for the barking neighbor dogs and again, did not feel too safe in the neighborhood.

Amazing location

It was a spacious and clean. If you have have a dog, McKinley Park is your best bet. Our whole family enjoyed being there. And it couldnt haven been in a better location!

Great location. Cute historic flat. Nice games. Bathroom needs work - no water pressure and dim lighting. Kitchen amenities could use restocking (no colander/strainer and no medium sized pots or cereal bowls). The third ‘bedroom’ was a sad closed in back porch.

Charming old apartment. Very convenient to L train station. Walking to the grocery store was a breeze. The park across the street is excellent too. Highly recommended!

Property as described. Park across the street is a bonus.

Very spacious and clean apartment with character. We cooked dinner while the kids entertained themselves with the games. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials.

Eclectic apartment in quiet neighborhood

This space is the main floor of a triplex. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous park right across the street. There’s a grocery store very close by as well as many restaurants. Any highlight in Chicago that you would possibly want to visit is only 15 minutes away from your stay here. I agree with the review about the bathroom plumbing; the sink drains very slowly and the shower does not have much pressure. But you can’t beat the price and the easy on-street, free parking. We would stay again!

The home was very nice and clean. We did not have any problems. The slow water run down in sink in bathroom is because of the drainage catcher. This helps with things falling in the sink. We removed it when it became to slow. BBut that

Nice Location but no water pressure. Very slow to respond to any questions.

Great location with lots of fun games and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Our only complaint was that there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower and the bathroom sink was clogged. If they fix the plumbing issues and can respond in a timely manner to any issues, I would stay here again.
