Vårt "Sandcastle" Beach House är perfekt för en familjesemester vid havet! Dess unika, lugnande arkitektur tar stranden direkt in i ditt vardagsrum. Vårt två våningar plus (tredje berättelsen Loft and Crow's Nest) -hemmet erbjuder 2 300 kvadratmeter stora, ljusa öppna utrymmen som lämpar sig för sammankomster av familj och vänner ... gott om utrymme att sprida ut.

Vårt Beach House sover 12 i sängar (10 vuxna plus barn) och vi tillhandahåller en drottning AeroBed för ytterligare 2 gäster i hiet. Perfekt för 2 familjer! Vi erbjuder också en ny porta spjälsäng och barnstol för barnen!

Beläget i ett lugnt område bara 1 kvarter från en av Santa Cruz bästa sandiga och soliga stränder med steg till sanden i slutet av vår gata. En kort promenad till Sunny Cove och de andra stränderna i East Cliff, surfing och många fantastiska restauranger. Kort bilresa till Capitola Village, Santa Cruz Beach och strandpromenad, vandring och golf. Bara 40 minuter från San Jose International Airport och 1 ½ timme söder om San Francisco. I närheten hittar du Monterey, Cannery Row, det berömda Monterey Bay Aquarium och den vackra Pebble Beach och Carmel ... bara en 30 till 45 minuters bilresa söderut.

Utsikten från Sandcastle är enastående ... laga mat och äta medan du tittar på lamporna på Monterey Bay genom de stora solariumfönstren. Njut av middagar med vidsträckt utsikt från andra våningsdäck och smutta på ett glas vin från toppen av 'Castle' på Crow's Nest. Samla med familjen i bottenvåningen vardagsrummet med bekväma soffor, spel, foosball, ping pong och våt bar med en NY under disk professionell klar ismaskin och kylskåp. A great house!

This was our second time staying here and we love this house. It is incredibly well stocked. Our group of 11 stayed here for four nights and cooked all of our meals. There wasn’t anything that we wished we had, that wasn’t in the house. It’s so close to the beach, the location couldn’t be much better. It’s a great place for a couple of families to stay together.

Clean and close to beach

The house was great for our annual friend/family together. The beds were comfortable with nice crisp white sheets. Layout was great, I wouldn't put small kids in the loft but it was perfect for the teenage girl in our group. Kitchen was well stocked. It is a block and a half to the beach and the house had plenty of boogie boards and chairs. Would rent again if in the area.

Great Spot in Santa Cruz

We booked this for Thanksgiving and then half of our family couldn't attend with us. This was still an amazing space for our family even by ourselves for the holiday. My 7 year old LOVED the loft room, and we appreciated all the beach toys to use. I just want to live in that living room the rest of my life.

Beautiful Stay

Fantastic home. We brought extra toiletries and TP due to experiences that some in our party had endured when staying at other spots. Not needed here. This home was generously supplied with everything visitors might need, from the kitchen to the baths to the puzzle closet and more. Lovely views, everything as advertised. Highly recommend!

In short, we love the beach! When our children were young, we would come and play at this beach. We were so excited to find this wonderful beach house and have created many great memories here.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with the unique architecture, bright open spaces of the house and the huge solarium windows across the front. But the biggest reason we bought this house is the views! The Monterey Bay is right outside your window where you can watch the lights of Monterey twinkle at night, the fog roll in from the Pacific and the sailboats float by. When we first saw the house…it took our breath away!

Our beach house is in one of the sunniest, warmest spots in Santa Cruz. The beach is wide and easily accessible just one short block from the house. The location is perfect...nestled right between the Wharf, the Boardwalk and Capitola.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love walking down to the beach to watch the surfers up and down the coast and the sunset over the Pacific Ocean in the late afternoon. At night, we either walk or drive to the great restaurants close by.
