Quiet, established neighborhood

The house and location met out needs perfectly. We have family in both Marysville and YC and the house was central to both. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. We would definitely recommend this listing and would stay here again if available.

Very pleased with this whole experience it was just what we needed for our vacation. Looking forward to returning back to this home when we return to Yuba city. Thank you for everything!

Nice home

Antonio was nice, the home, though older and a little warm/stuffy - was clean, neat, well appointed and optimally located. The only reason it wasn’t a perfect stay was the check-in process. Our stay requirements information and check-in info timing was a little off for us. We were traveling to the area for a concert and received the information about an hour before the 5pm check-in time. The information came while we were on the road, so not a ton of time to review it as we arrived a little after 6 dropped our bags and left for Wheatland 30 mins away.
