With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Step out back into a tropical paradise featuring a beautiful, private pool, a covered picnic area with a grill, and ample lounging space where you can relax to the soothing sounds of swaying palm trees. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the upper sundeck while sipping your favorite beverage.
Inside, the home boasts two spacious living areas perfect for large gatherings. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space, along with a window offering a lovely view of the pool.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a seating area perfect for reading or light work, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers a twin bed. The third bathroom includes a shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room also has a sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair.
There is a generously sized one-car garage with a connecting storage room for all your beach toys and bikes.
Don't leave your four-legged friends at home; we're pet-friendly and accept larger dogs upon approval.
