Fantastic stay!

We loved staying in this home, it was clean and well furnished with everything we needed! The location is great, at the south end of the island (so close to the beach), a short drive to town and the boardwalk. But the sack o subs, Mike’s seafood and ice cream parlor within walking distance. Owner was great and available. Would love to stay again!

Close to beach and comfortable

Overall great place to stay. Joe is crazy reachable and exceptionally responsible. I can t imagine how he could have been better. The only thing I thing to make the. Vacation perfect would be to have some more adult beach chairs. My family i is older and kids are adults. Some of the beach chairs were geared more for younger kids. Also the mattresses could have been upgraded a little bit. Overall you can’t t go wrong with Joe. Just some very small suggestions to make it perfect at least for my family.

Lovely home, hope to return

This was our favorite shore house in the past 5 years, and we hope to return again next summer! Their home is lovely, so clean & well maintained, fully equipped with everything you need. Joe & Monique are great communicators and well organized sharing detailed information which made the experience seamless. Thank you for sharing your home and giving our family these memories!

Greaty Summer Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home located practically on the beach on the quiet South End of Ocean City. With a less than 1 minute walk to the beach, and even some views of the ocean from the front porch, we thoroughly enjoyed being able to easily come and go from the ocean all day long. The home is clean, organized, and well stocked with appliances and dishware. It has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an open concept kitchen/living room with large front porch. Owner was easy to communicate with - check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We love the south end of OC and were so glad to find this home! Accommodations were more than adequate. We were right across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from food, ice cream, and a small market. Nice quiet location. Would definitely rent again!!

We had a great stay at this property. It was very comfortable, SO close to the beach, SO clean, decorated beautifully with coordinating beach decor and had lots of great kitchen items for use. The owner was very proactive/responsive when communicating with us. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely, clean, and well stocked home, perfect location!

Our stay in Ocean City was so much fun! Joe's home provided plenty of space for 7 adults and one 18 month old. We particularly liked the fact that the front porch did not have steps to the street side of the house, a great safety feature. The location is just steps from a beautiful beach and so many conveniences without the typical shore congestion! We look forward to renting again! Thank you!

Beautiful and close to the beach

Unique in Ocean City -- this home has 4 bedrooms, plus it is close to the beach and has first floor access. Perfect for our family of 6 including grandma!

This rental is amazing!! U wake up to the sound of the ocean the beach is so close no long walk, the home is spotless clean, with beautiful furnishings it's got a lot of room and your own parking wich I believe is a major plus u don't have to fight for a parking space. There is take out and eat in places 2 blocks away and a market !! There is a church there as well. I will Def rent again as the neighbors are mostly locals and they are GREAT helpful friendly and included us in outdoor events like they knew us forever. They also are a great help with what to do and where to go!! We also received a nice little welcome bag with some essentials to get us started. And a great washer and dryer and outdoor shower and storage area for our beach gear. Great Place!!!

Great place and wonderful owners

The house was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time this summer with our family and friends. Close to the beach and the local ice cream parlor (A La Mode - so good!!) Joe and Monique are wonderful people and we would recommend them and their house to whomever asks.

Bright, sunny, and lots of room!

If you like morning sun with your breakfast, you'll have it here; lots of light! The accomodations are quite comfortable; and the kitchen has lots of counter-space and a huge island; great for entertaining. The south end of the Island tends to be quieter; there's a few ice-cream stands and a small grocery market within walking distance; the drive to the center of town (34th st.); takes under 10 minutes. There you can shop at Acme for larger grocery needs. And the beach is wider than other parts of Ocean city. All in all; I would highly recommend this property!
