Villa Laranja Ă€r en exceptionell, modern villa med fantastisk havsutsikt i den vackra familjesorten Praia da Luz. Det har lyxen att vara cirka 15 minuters promenad (eller 5 minuters bilresa) frĂ„n stranden och stadens mĂ„nga barer och restauranger. Villan bibehĂ„ller dock fortfarande en hög grad av integritet genom att vara belĂ€gen i ett lugnt bostadsomrĂ„de. Det fullt utrustade köket ligger pĂ„ bottenvĂ„ningen. Detta leder till den fantastiska cirkulĂ€ra matsalen som följer in i den rymliga, öppna och vĂ€lutrustade loungen. TvĂ„ uppsĂ€ttningar av stora franska dörrar öppnar ut mot terrassen och det privata poolomrĂ„det och erbjuder underbar utsikt över staden och kusten. Loungen har tre stora lĂ€dersoffor, 50 ”Smart TV, Apple TV, iPod-docka, Freeview internet TV, PS3. Ett stort DVD- och Blu-Ray-bibliotek finns till hands. Det finns ocksĂ„ en riktig vedeldad spis om kvĂ€llarna blir kyliga! Villan och den uppvĂ€rmda poolen har fantastisk havsutsikt och det finns en permanent tegelbyggd grill. Poolen har steg lĂ€mpliga för barn. Pooldimensionerna Ă€r 4. 1m x 9. 5m.

Det finns en liten lekplats bara 30 sekunder promenad frÄn villan.

Om Villa Laranja: Detta Àr en idealisk lyxbase för alla grupper av golfare och icke-golfare, eftersom det rymmer upp till 15 vuxna, har enastÄende havsutsikt och ligger i nÀrheten av bÄde Praia da Luz och den vackra fiskebyn Burgau för fantastiska restauranger, pubar etc. Den vackra gamla staden Lagos Àr ocksÄ mycket nÀra.

För speciella tillfÀllen kan vi organisera champagne, födelsedagskakor, spa-dagar i villan - du heter det och vi kan försöka hjÀlpa till.

The villa was lovely. No longer bright orange but not important. All the rooms were very clean and the balconies were great. The pool was very refreshing but paying extra for heating was silly since it is just a pool cover. The kitchen had everything you could want. A wine refrigerator was a nice touch. The walk to town got easier after the first day. Praia de Luz is a lovely town with good restaurants. Ubers were inexpensive and easy to use.

The property was excellent for what we were looking for. It was a large family gathering so it had enough of everything for that. The place is dated but saying that it was comfortable. The location was good in order to walk into town for dinner. Overall a fun time.

Home was great. The views from the upper rooms are great. The home was generally clean. The main issue we found were excessive ants inside the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were updated. Its located on a quiet street with plenty of street parking and indoor parking.

Familyholiday in Luz

Villa Laranja was a optimal place for our familyholiday with 15 persons. There is enough room to be together, to enjoy the pool and to cook in kitchen. The location is very good, peacefull but in the walking distance from the sea.

Superb vacation!

It was a terrific stay - wonderful opportunity for a 3-generation family vacation to break out of COVID. The house was beautifully appointed and luxurious.. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and large and the pool was a highlight for family volleyball.

Will be back!!

Fantastic place to stay for a week to catch up with pals. Great space indoor and outdoor with well stocked kitchen and bbq. It is quite a walk up from the beach / shop so you need a car or we used a lot of Ubers!!

Brilliant family friendly villa with a great view

We stayed with 3 families and the Villa was perfect for our needs. The downstairs provides lots of space to socialise and the upstairs balcony has beautiful views. One bonus is that the garage was full of pool and beach toys which the kids loved. This villa is perfectly located to enjoy the towns and beaches of the Western Algarve.

Nice family villa

Our group of 15 people from three generations enjoyed our stay at the Villa Laranja. Communication with the owner and the property manager was solid and all of our needs was taken care with minimal delay. Bedrooms were nice and the pool area was beautiful and pool was big enough for our needs. Only complaint would be the kitchen equipment: knives could use sharpening or replacement and other kitchenware were pretty scarce, if you are looking to cook something for bigger crowd. All and all solid experience for big family vacation in Algarve!

Wonderful family holiday at Great villa

Our beautiful family holiday was crowned by this great villa, here we have nothing missing. We would have liked to stay here longer. The upscale amenities and clean rooms have all fallen very much. We are longtime Algarve lovers but this holiday with good friends in this great place was memorable. We were completely satisfied and can recommend the villa in good conscience.

This villa was perfect for our group of 11. The location is beautiful I walk into town was easy the walk back up was not too bad. The beach in the town are lovely. It was an easy drive over to Lagos. Everything working with the owners was very smooth and they were very attentive with all of our questions and needs. I highly recommend this villa and I’m looking for reasons to come back and stay again

A Little Slice of Noisy Relaxation

Villa Laranja, located in Luz (near Lagos, Portugal), and is just what the doctor ordered for up to 14 weary travelers. The rooms were all terrific, each with a private bathroom, and the common areas easily accommodated our traffic jam of 12 guests. We used the pool, over-used the refrigerators, and completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you Richard and Karen. Tom Kay, Ottawa Canada.

What a place!

What a place indeed! I stayed here for a week in July 2006 with some friends and had the best time ever. The Villa is so well decorated in a modern style but also comfortable and very spacious. The Villa was clean and well-maintained. The location was also first class with bars and restaurants a walk away although if you want to stay at the Villa and eat, the barbeque was fun and the kitchen was well equiped and huge!!! I can't think of anything negative to say about the Villa or the location. Would definately return.

Fantastic

Beautiful villa with absolutely stunning sea views. We were a group of 10, ranging in age from 28-60, and we all loved the villa and Luz itself. We also had 2 dogs with us and it worked perfectly for them too as the garden is secure. Yes it’s a hike up the hill from the town but the pay off is the view from the villa, and the walk would not be a problem to anyone with reasonable mobility. A taxi if required is only €4-5. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars in the town and a couple of supermarkets between the villa and the beach. The town has more of a family/ couples vibe than a party town, and that suited us perfectly. Staff in the shops, bars and restaurants were all super friendly. The pool area is beautiful with lots of loungers/ seating and is immaculate All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the villa, Praia da Luz and the Algarve

Good for large parties

Overall a good villa for large parties. The villa could do with some tlc. We had no welcome pack not even any toilet paper, which is very poor, for the amount we paid. The sky subscription ran out during stay, reported but not sorted. Also the floor of swimming pool very rough, all the children have cuts on their feet. In the house book of rules, you are asked to keep house clean and tidy, we didn’t even have any kitchen spray and the Dyson in charge in the kitchen was missing the main part, so unable to hoover.

Good but not Great as we have experienced much better VRBOs (11 time user in 5 different countries)

The Villa was as pictured and was certainly spacious enough for our group of 5 couples. The location made for easy drives to a number of scenic areas and was close enough for us to walk to both the beach and local restaurants all of which were worth the visit. We discovered a couple of great wineries during our stay so were able to enjoy lots of great Portuguese wine with the local cheeses and meats. There were however some issues along the way which we believe are due to the Management Company who did not respond to calls in a timely manner and are clearly not paying enough attention to the conditions in the VIlla: 1. Some dangerous shower doors had to be repaired and while this was done quickly we were concerned that the workmen came to the house unsupervised and had keys. 2. There were burned out lights and even when they sent someone to replace them they did not do all of them. 3. The bedroom closets need to be aired out as they are not usable due to the smell in them. 4. Some remote controls needed new batteries and better instructions for use. 5. The bathroom towels are in rough shape and in fact some were stained and infact the housekeepers took away some towels that we our personal towels. As we have used VRBOs numerous times we are comparing this one to others we have stayed in so we were disappointed by the issues. We would also note that in our previous VRBOs we have found the basics (paper towels, a few garage bags, Kleenex, soap and such) in place so that we have not had to head to the store immediately upon arrival. Perhaps our expectations were too high but they were based on the excellent reviews on the website and our previous VRBO experiences. Our group enjoyed their time in Portugal and we were respectful of the Villa and left it in better shape than we found it.

Perfect place for family holiday!Stayed here to celebrate 70th birthday with our children and grandchildren aged from 2 - 16 years oldExtremely well equipped and plenty of space for all of us.The spacious pool area made the holiday, especially for the children!Easy walk into Luz (oldies and the very young occasionally used an Uber on the way back for a few euros)Had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this villa.Happy Memories
