Fantastische villa met prachtig uitzicht

Van communicatie met de eigenaar tot het verblijf in deze prachtige villa alleen maar goeds te melden. Het huis ligt zeer mooi op het zuiden met uitzicht over het dal met golfterrein en heuvels in de verte met daarachter de zee. Het huis ligt op het hoogste punt van de heuvel met voldoende privacy. Zeer goed toegankelijk met een auto. (Die overigens wel vereist is) Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een grote keuken, een ruime woonkamer. Drie enorme slaapkamers met badkamer. Twee iets kleinere, maar goed bedeelde slaapkamers met ook een eigen badkamer en nog een extra badkamer en wc. Buiten zijn voldoende ligbedden, tafels met stoelen een prive zwembad en een BBQ/Open keuken. En de gameroom is een mooie bonus! De eigenaar is zeer toegankelijk en reageerd snel. Wij zaten er op het moment dat heel Portugal zonder stroom zat en direct heeft Victoria ons gevraagd hoe het ging en op voorhand al een engineer gestuurd om eventuele schade snel te repareren. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De locatie is ook prachtig met veel mooie stranden binnen een kwartier rijden. Supermarkten in Budens zelf met verse broodjes of een lidl in V. Do Bispo. Prachtige wandelgebieden om het huis. Een absolute aanrader voor gasten tot 10 personen.

Impressive villa

Beautiful, spacious villa with 5 double bedrooms and a large lounge and kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating options on both levels. Car is required although we did use Ubers on several occasions to Luz and Lagos. Generous welcome pack. We had young children in our party and are pleased we paid for pool heating.

Amazing, just amazing

Everything was just perfect, from booking to check out. Victoria was just an awesome host, everything well prepared and organized, truly friendly. The villa itself ist just stunning. The picture can't even match how beautiful it is, especially the view! It is very well equipped, spacious and clean. We had an amazing week there and will come back for sure. It was already our 5th villa in this region and by far the most beautiful.

Great Family Holiday

We had an absolutely wonderful week in Victoria’s lovely villa. Villa is in a beautiful location, very quiet and with stunning views. All communication with Victoria was brilliant and responses clear and quick. The villa itself was perfect for our family. It was very well equipped and the heated swimming pool made it really special. Will definitely be back.

Incredible week

Such a beautiful villa, location and to top it all we had incredible weather! Thank you to Victoria for the wonderful welcome basket, the info book and generally answering any question we had very swiftly. The pool was brilliant and having hired a car we were able to visit local attractions, such as the Zoo in Lagos and the stunning beach in Salema. We had an incredible week and look forward to being in contact again.

Superbe villa !

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin. La maison était entièrement propre et équipée, fidèle à l’annonce. Nous avons même eu la chance d’avoir quelques boissons et un panier de fruits et biscuits à notre arrivée. L’hôte était disponible et a su répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location !

June 2022 - Amazing Villa

There was 9 in our party, covering 4 generations, ranging in age from 14 months to 92. We had waited 3 years for the holiday so it was extra special. The Villa was very spacious, we all had our own en suite bedrooms. The views were absolutely amazing. Victoria was a wonderful host sorting minor issues promptly. Beautiful property that lived up to our expectations

Having waited since before lockdown/Covid this was a very special family get together. We travelled from Ireland, Canada, France and England to spend holidays in this wonderful villa. Victoria was exceptionally helpful from start to finish with our booking and any small issues that arose. The welcome basket was very much appreciated and was a really lovely touch. This villa was perfect for our large group of three generations and the amenities were excellent. It is a private location with views over the valley and out to the sea. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. We have been visiting this part of Portugal for 20 years but this is the best property in which we have stayed.

Great stay

Perfect for our needs. We are four adults in our 30’s and all quite sporty and competitive! The golf clubs, table tennis, pool table, chess set, football (all provided in the villa) went down well! We loved this spacious, beautiful villa and are currently suffering withdrawl after waking up to sunny 360 degree views for a week! Communication was easy and we had no complaints during our stay. Thanks for having us!

Not only is this property and location truly 5 star but also the help and support before and during our stay. We were a party of 9, including some toddlers and a 2 month old infant, and Victoria couldn't have been more helpful in co-ordinating our particular requirements. We will definitely return.

Absolutely immaculate

We were travelling with another family and their young children and shared the villa between us. It was very easy to live in such a large group in such a huge space and easy to find calm in the chaos! The villa itself was beautufuly presented, completely spotless and everything seemd to work well. Often with places like this, the reality is a little shabbier than the pictures but this was not the case at all. The kids were entertained all week, even on cooler days, as the pool, hot tub, and games rooms provided endless fun. The views from upstairs were beautiful too. Victoria was very friendly in all her communication and was kind enough to organise a generous welcome pack that meant we did not need to rush to the supermarket after our painfully late flight in. Thank you for such a wonderful break. We feel very lucky to have stayed.

Heaven on the Agarve earth

The property is very special for many reasons. First of all the luxury and facilities but also the view is exceptional. Seaviews on the horizon, the wonderfull parc de floresta golfcourse nearby. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and terrace, all in one view. The property is suited for large families up to 10 adults or golfgroups. I visited it now twice, first with family, this year with friends and i will be back again in the future. Great service!!!
