The beachfront location is remarkable and near unique on the Algarve. The villa is in a peaceful residential area with 'picture-postcard' coastal views. With the sea just 50 metres away, you can literally see and hear the waves lapping onto the quiet cove in front of the villa, whilst Salema's village centre and main beach is a short 5-minute stroll.

Casa das Estevas is a splendid and unique BEACHFRONT villa and my family are very proud to own it. We had our 5/6 bed home designed and built a few years ago, following many happy holidays in beautiful Salema. The villa boasts a huge games room with bar, swimming pool with separate childrenâs area, hot tub, purpose built BBQ area, direct beach access, and, a majestic roof terrace.
