Welcome to this beautifully appointed two bedroom home away from home in the Summer Winds Community. Enjoy summer evenings sitting on the patio looking at the sound and listening to all the live music the Trailer Bar has to offer! This condo is directly across from the Trailer Bar, Friendly Mart and Tortuga’s Nest offering easy access to some of Surf City’s most sought-after entertainment. The interior of the condo offers a comfortable place to rest after a full days fun. This condo in one level and offers one bedroom with a twin over full bunk and trundle. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking your favorite meals. The condo has it’s own outdoor shower and the complex has a community pool and community beach access. There is also a public playground next door.

Very nice townhouse. Close to the beach. The home was very clean and well maintained.Property management was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Clean and close to beach which was great. But being directly across from The Trailer Bar was not ideal. Loud music and traffic noise.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We loved everything about this beach condo! It had all the right stuff for a stress-free family trip—plenty of space, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed! The best part? We didn’t even need to leave the condo to have a great time. The beach was just steps away, the pool was a hit with the kids, and we had awesome entertainment right across the street. Honestly, it couldn’t have been easier or more fun. Perfect location, perfect setup—we’ll definitely be back!

July visit to Topsail

We enjoyed our stay - this is the second time we stayed at Summer Winds. It is convenient to the beach and walking the nearby canals. The trailer bar can be noisy in the evenings - so would reconsider this unit at our next visit.

Location location location

I loved the proximity to the beach, the playground right across the street, the spacious kitchen for cooking, and having two full bathrooms. The beds were comfy, the balcony was a great place to relax and unwind after a beach day! The trailer bar being right across was a bonus. Order the mermaid drink if you go ;) We love surf city and this was a graft place to call home for the week. :) thank you!!

I wish I could buy this place!

It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air filter more often and check the bunk bed because it was a bit wobbly. It was nothing bad. We bought a new filter and left a spare. Again, great property!
