Take a break and unwind in this charming 2nd floor one bedroom unit right on the water in the peaceful East End gallery district of town. The unit is located in a house on Commercial Stâs bay side with blissful views of sunrises and magic hour. Featuring a beach access, a private waterfront deck, lounge chairs, reclaimed wood & ship beams and a bay window with mesmerizing views of the bay. This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a kitchen, dining room and a living room with a pull out queen sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a small desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, turn on the fans, open the bay windows and deck door and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour in this apartment while sipping a drink!
The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy!

The house is situated on the bay side of the popular, pedestrian and bike friendly Commercial St, yet away from the busy & fun downtown (5mins away by foot). The neighborhood is quiet with many art galleries around. You will enjoy blissful views of sunrises and magic hours over the bay. This is your P'town on the water getaway!

This house has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. You will enjoy the gorgeous views of the water during magic hour while sipping a drink inside or on the deck!
