Beläget bara ett par kvarter från västra Grand Traverse Bay, "The Suite Up North" ligger i hjärtat av Traverse City som kommer att få dig nära allt. Detta lugna bostadsområde är perfekt om du letar efter en lugn reträtt men vill vara i stan. 3 sovrum och 1 1/2 badrum på två nivåer. 6 sovplatser.

Helt nytt golv / mattor installerat i vardagsrum / matsal i december 2018. Alla sovrum är på övervåningen, med 2 Queens och 1 Full. Fullt kök med diskmaskin. Kabel-TV, WiFi. Rymligt vardagsrum, matsal, köksutrymme. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Ett utmärkt läge för att njuta av alla Traverse City har att erbjuda. Gå till centrum, National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival och West Grand Traverse Bay stränder. F & M park ligger tvärs över gatan och har en bra lekplats och en skridskoåkning på vintern. Denna stad är en foodie glädje med så många restauranger att välja mellan också!

Our family had a terrific stay in Traverse City and this condo was the perfect home base for all of our activities! The beds were comfortable and it was great to have plenty of space. It's an easy walk into downtown Traverse City or to the waterfront. We made extensive use of the trail system, which is so close to this condo! Comfortable, clean, roomy, quiet, easy parking, with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, two bathrooms - it was awesome! We will definitely want to stay there again if we go back to the area.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely area, the bathroom door from the small bedroom fell off its hinges. Upstairs bathroom had cracked tile. The maids left wet towels in the washer, the dryer did not work. The icemaker did not work. And overall very disappointed.

Excellent for a family of 5 for a summer getaway! Walking distance to everything: restaurants, skate park, civic center, coffee, beaches, splash pad, Boardman lake, etc.

Delightful stay in early June

We came to town to attend my nephews wedding and needed a place for 5 adults. This property was perfect for the occasion. It was comfortable and clean and easy to access, both centrally located and check in and access to the property were very convenient. We enjoyed the full kitchen in preparing many meals, as well as the ease of access to multiple locations around the area to visit winery, brewery, lighthouse parks and other attractions.

Will stay again!

Had an amazing stay. Overall the place was clean (under bed needed a little more attention), but only noticed the last day when I dropped something. Great communication and location was near everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Wine tour

It was a celebration for my best friends 65th Birthday and there was for of us. We had a great time. The space was perfect for us. Only next time we will look for a first floor option. All of us were over 60 and we over packed.

girls weekend

this property was a perfect location for us. it had everything we needed to make for a great stay. only issue was the amount of stairs. very steep to get into the condo and all bedrooms were located up stairs. the mattress in the front left bedroom was not very comfortable. thanks for letting us stay!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location to explore downtown Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Old Mission Peninsula, Leland (Fishtown) and Nauti-Cat boat cruise is very near. Also, it is a very easy route to the airport from this location. The area was quiet and we did not hear any road noise.

Great Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 17 from 8/24-8/29. Very clean and the pre check in instructions were spot on. Very pleased with our stay and would have no problem coming back. Only other thing to note, there were a lot of fruit flies and it looks like they tried to mitigate that some but they were annoying!

Location, location,location.

I was able to have a nice vacation during the cherry festival with my daughter, daughter in law, and two little grand daughters. Everything is within walking distance. There is a playground across the street with kids’ activities. You can see the water, hear the music from the concerts, see the air show, and see the fireworks all from the balcony. Clean. Was able to cook all meals and all be together instead of trying to figure out motel rooms. It was our second year doing this. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation.
