Det här är sättet att spendera lite semester! Denna mycket charmiga 4 sovrum röd bungalow ligger mitt i hjärtat av Northport. Den här vänliga byn erbjuder allt du beh��ver precis utanför din dörr. Du kan gå till marinan, stränder, ett bryggeri, shopping och bageriet bara för att börja.

3 sovrum och ett och ett halvt bad ligger på översta våningen. Det stora sovrummet och bifogad badrum är nya. De andra två sovrummen har tvillingar i en och en full i den andra. På huvudnivån hittar du ett bekvämt vardagsrum med gott om sittplatser med platt-TV / Kabel / Internet. Köket är utanför vardagsrummet. Den första våningen har ett annat sovrum med en drottning och ett badrum. Det finns en första våning tvättstuga och sittgrupp med en kärlek plats hideaway säng. 10 sovplatser.



Utomhus finns det en trevlig stor gård som går ut till lanai. Vilket riktigt trevligt område att koppla av, äta middag eller ditt morgonkaffe. Kolgrill.

Northport ligger cirka 40 minuter norr om Traverse City och erbjuder shopping, matsal och sommarmusik och festivaler. 20 minuter från Suttons Bay och Leland. Det finns så många stigar att vandra, sjöar att simma, stjärnor att titta på och minnen som ska göras.

Central luftkonditionering. Din välm��ende hund är välkommen. Lakan och handdukar tillhandahålls. Ingen rökning.

Kommer överväga korta vistelser under någon säsong. Prime Summer 3 natt minst eller vecka söndag-söndag. Great place with a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a very clean and well stocked place a quarter mile max from downtown Northport. We already discussed booking the same place next year. Walking distance to the Mitten Brewery and Tom’s grocery store. Bed were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. The only downside is the smoke alarms went off sporadically through the night waking everyone. Finally I had to disconnect them in order to sleep. UP North offered to move us to a location close by, but we had small kids and unplugging them solved the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time there.

Cute, Clean, Quiet

The house was great! It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy of the yard and covered deck (although at least 3 people associated with the property or rental companly in some way showed up over the few days we were there). There is a nice creek running past, and it creates a relaxing atmosphere outside. The whole area in general is very nice - everthing is well taken care of and pretty all over Northern Michigan, not pretentious or manicured. We enjoyed it very much.

Northport Hideaway

We had the worse weather!! Rain and 50 degrees all week. Plus we had a 9 month old. This cottage saved our vacation. Very comfortable living room, beds were wonderful and the kitchen table was perfect for card games, close to downtown so stroller walks with the baby was perfect. I’d highly recommend this property.

We love being able to walk around town and the harbor and beach. My only complaint this year is that the renters before us didn’t take the garbage can out and left it full of stinky trash. There were maggots in it. I think the cleaning crew should check that before the next renters arrive.

When we needed a repair made, Visit Up North took care of it with no problem. The service man was very nice and quick, too. One suggestion is to update the dishwasher. Otherwise we always enjoy our time.

Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 and we were almost to the rental when the rental company called me at 4:30 to let me know our house wasn't cleaned yet. We had to wait for the cleaning company to come clean which delayed our dinner plans. They were supposed to reimburse me for this but I haven't seen any reimbursement yet. I would consider staying here again if it were cleaned prior to check in.

Perfect for everything Northport!

Reviewer Comments: We selected the Northport Village Hideaway because we knew past owners (owning 1960-2000), friends of our family (who have since passed away)! The home has been renovated in many ways which included adding a large upstairs master and full bath and outside deck area and improving the basement! I was thrilled to see that the floors still have that little uneven slope! We always laughed about that as kids! As a teenager, I wallpapered and painted the 2 small bedrooms upstairs! The home is very tastefully decorated with a nautical theme and had a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals! I grew up spending summers in Northport with my family owning a log cabin cottage on North Shore Drive where the road turns to gravel on the water for 50 years. We sold this property (darn!) after my father passed away. The Hideaway is centrally located to walk to The Mitten, North Creek Golf Course, all the shopping downtown, Barb's, the harbor, Tom's Market and the Lake! We re-visited many places--Kehl Lake for hiking, Christmas Cove, Peterson Park and a few secret places that only our family knows about! Saw about 50 deer on drives right before sunset. Northport is a great Village and fun to go exploring! We hope to be back soon and we would definitely stay at this home!

Another Great Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great stay here with our friends (4 parents, 4 kids). We love being right in the village and the house is lovely, beds are comfortable, plenty of blankets and towels. The kitchen is well-appointed and it was very clean upon arrival. The art in the house is awesome as well and the work in the gardens continues to make the house more beautiful. Just a couple of things to note, 100% in the context of the fact that we absolutely plan to rent this cottage again. First, obviously not the owner's fault, maybe more aimed at future renters, but when we got there, the previous renters had clearly given their dog free run of the yard and not cleaned up after them. Second, it would be awesome to have a little outdoor fire pit for those who like to sit by the fire at night. Finally, the trash situation is not ideal - they do a Thursday pick up, but since the cottage turns over on Sunday, it was already full when we got there. The notes let you know that the trash service is picky about extra bags outside of the can, but it creates a situation where you need to get the rental company to come out and pick up the trash - they were great about doing so and we appreciated it, but it seems like there could be a better system. Overall though, great stay!

The House That Helped Us "Find" Our Relatives

We came to Northport to search for evidences of our distant relatives and ancestors. 3 brothers and two of their wives, all in our 70s, made the trip to Michigan to look for them. We were not disappointed. The house was comfortable and cozy and fit our needs exactly. It was equipped for the five of us beyond our expectations. The location put us in the middle of family's late 1800s and early 1900s stomping grounds. The four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and living areas of the house were the perfect staging areas for us to pour over books and family records and plan our days. Your house will forever be in the midst of our precious family memories. If ever we're back in Northport this is the house in which we want to stay.

We love being walking distance to the village as well as convenient to get to nearby towns and the water. The house was in great condition. Everything we needed to eat at home was provided. Just a couple recommendations, new shower curtains, and more thorough dusting. The window blinds and lamps We’re very dusty as well as the air return vent behind the console table where the TV is. We love staying there and look forward to our next visit.
