The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.

This 282 sqft queen-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a shower/bathtub and a full kitchen with Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, microwave & mini-fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
We do not provide daily cleaning, however we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than 5 days, upon appointment. Please reach out to our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.

Parking:

Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full.


## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds are available up to 24 hours in advance. A 4% credit card charge is assessed for cancellations made through direct sites and VRBO.
