Underbar uppdaterad 1: a våningen 2 sovrum, 3 badrum villa bara en minuts promenad från Atlanten. Den förhöjda villaen på en nivå har nyligen renoverats för att omfatta nya golv i hela, fullt masterbad, nya vardagsrumsmöbler och uppgraderingar till gäst- och hallbad. Denna villa har ett öppet vardagsrum, med en drottning bäddsoffa, matplats och 2 separata däck. Köksbordet har plats för 4 med 4 praktiska pallar i den stora frukostbaren. Det ljusa kung sovrummet har ett eget badrum. Gäst sovrummet har 2 queen size-sängar och badrum. Varje sovrum har tillgång till separata däck som också delar tillgång från vardagsrummet. Det tredje badrummet ligger utanför köket, där du hittar tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

The Moorings is the best place to stay in the summer! You only have steps to the beach and no parking or shuttle hassles. This condo gave exactly what it advertised plus was outfitted with games and books. The beach rental credit was great, it covered our bikes. The condo was cool, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and Close to the Beach

As a family of four (kids ages 7&8), this was a perfect place to stay. It is a very short walk (3 min) from the beach, close to the general store, and was very clean and updated.

A perfect Hilton Head retreat

My husband and I have stayed at various locations in Palmetto Dunes over the years and felt grateful to have found this property. It was very well appointed and included such appreciated touches like loonies, throw blankets for the living room and more.

Fantastic stay!

We were very pleased with everything this property had to offer. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and other amenities. The resort credit was handy for bike rentals, although there are certainly other options. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay

Condo was clean and comfortable! This is the second time staying in the unit with my family. The management company is very easy to work with. The location to the beach cannot be beat!

Very Nice Property

We liked the location a lot. Very close to the beach, golf and pickleball. The general store was a real plus. We liked walking to the store and getting breakfast in the morning. We would stay here again.
