This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort is the perfect location for your next getaway. A short walk will land you on the picturesque Hilton Head beach. The Palmetto Dunes General Store and Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center are just about in your backyard.

The condo features a wide open common space with vaulted ceilings and cozy beach colors and décor. The living room has a sofa bed, lounge chair, and a 50” Smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen is ready to handle any of your cooking desires, and an in-unit washer/dryer can help you pack light.

A large master bedroom with a king bed has a Smart TV and closet access. The dual entry bathroom is connected to the master bedroom and walkway. The second bedroom, which holds a double bed, also has a Smart TV.

Head out the back door to the patio for morning coffee before you take on the day in paradise.

A beach wagon and two backpack-like beach chairs make your beach stroll as convenient as possible.

The condo is professionally cleaned by the island's top rated cleaning service.

Very nice property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Queen's Grant. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Alexander's for a great meal. Convenient location. The condo was very nice and well equipped.

Wonderful getaway

We have stayed on the Palmetto Dunes in the past and this time we chose a condo belonging to Danny. Everything was just as promised. Communications was wonderful. We could ask for anything more.

Great place!

We hope to come back! Everything was just as shown. We loved having the bikes and beach chairs. We wish the pool was heated. It’s a great location! Only suggestion would be to have a small cooler and beach towels.

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect place for a getaway. The space was very clean and comfortable. The outside patio was lovely to enjoy our coffee. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk or ride the bikes that were provided everywhere we needed to go. The bike paths on the island allow you to ride everywhere safely. Best of all, the condo was minutes from the Pickleball courts. We were able to play every day and enjoyed meeting so many nice people. The communication with Danny was the best of any booking we have done. We will definitely come back.

Cute get away

Our trip was unfortunately cut short by a family emergency so we weren’t able to explore the beauties of HHI they way we originally had planned but it was a great quick trip for our family after a crazy week. The house was a cute little beach retreat with beautiful new furniture and all the necessities needed - beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella!

Great stay!

The property was well-equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and a wagon. We rode bikes or walked easily to the beach. The property was very clean , couches and beds were comfortable, as well. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay with comfortable accommodations

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Danny’s condo. It was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. It was just the right space for the 3 of us! We loved using the included bikes and exploring the resort area and Shelter Cove.

Roomy and comfortable

I had wanted a place on the beach, but this was just a quick bike ride. We kept the bikes locked on the back patio to have easy access to them. The bed is comfortable (we didn’t use the extra bedroom) and the shower is great. Those are always my two biggies. The property was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. Since it was only the two of us, it was probably more room than we needed. One bathroom would be a little awkward with two couples. But a small family would work.

Hilton Head has been our family's home away from home for generations. We play tennis, golf, enjoy bike riding, and of course - the beach. Can't beat HHI for that! We hope you enjoy the island as much as us.
