Du kommer att bli förvånad och känna dig som hemma i vårt vackra timmerhus på Breck Ski Resort Mountain of Peak 7. Sitter du på 1. 25 tunnland Pine och Aspen treed land, har du en fantastisk fri utsikt över Rockies. Med en stor bubbelpool som sitter på det stora 2: a nivå Deck med BBQ Grill, kan du suga och koppla av efter en äventyrlig dag. Fullt lager uppdaterat kök, 3. 5 badrum och 4 King Size sovrum plus ett barn våningssäng rum med två enkelsängar våningssängar (4 totala enkelsängar), och en full storlek dra ut bäddsoffa. Två separata vardagsrum med stora platt-TV-apparater (spelrum / vardagsrum för barn på första våningen och stort rum på andra våningen). Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet, "Great Room", har gott om sittplatser och är helt öppen för kök, matsal och 20 + ft Golv till tak Fönster med utsikt över bergen! Fantastiska vyer! Du kommer aldrig att vilja lämna! Vackert timmerhus med gott om parkerad snöplog (4X4 eller AWD rekommenderas på vintern var som helst i bergen). Du kan parkera precis nedför kullen vid satellitparkeringen och ta gratisbussen till staden, eller parkera var som helst i stan och åka gratis på gondolen uppför berget, gå runt i staden, åka skidor, äta, shoppa osv ... Gå snöskor eller vandra direkt från lägenheten! Gamla gruvarbana går genom fastigheten. Du är en snabb 2 mil bilfärd från basen vid topp 7 och 8. Om du inte parkerar kan någon släppa dig där, helt undvika överbelastade vägar - detta är ett stort plus om du är bekant med staden. Det är en enkel 4 mil bilresa till centrum av Main St i Breckenridge, där du kan parkera och gå runt i stan, äta på fantastiska restauranger, shoppa, få massage etc. Du kommer inte bli besviken! Sover bekvämt 12-14 + personer (beroende på sömnsituationer).

Absolutely perfect house for our family and friends! Comfortable, cozy and convenient. The view was stunning! Very quiet neighborhood with sightings of moose, fox, bear, and plenty of birds and chipmunks. And our dogs loved the yard. Not only would we stay again - we wished we just live there!!

Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was easy to get to the ski lifts and we had plenty of room for our group of 13. There were some minor things that could have improved our stay but the good overshadowed that.

Our stay was great and this house is exactly as described. The separation of rooms on the 3 floors is perfect for family’s! The hot tub and deck are great and amazing views. The location was amazing.

Beautiful!

Wonderful property with great views. Property is well appointed with everything you would need for a great stay. Loved the hot tub on the balcony after a busy day. We saw birds, bunnies and a fox from the balcony of the house, down the road we saw moose almost daily. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend of memories

Our group of friends has been staying together over Labor Day for almost 30 years. Our stay at the log home was wonderful and one of our favorites! The property was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone and the views were insane. Highly recommend this property!

Spacious Log Cabin Near All Things Breck

We hosted our annual family ski trip here and had plenty of room for all the adults and kids spread out over the 3 floors of this spacious and gorgeous log cabin. There were plenty of sleeping areas and sitting areas to hang out. The private hot tub on the deck was perfect for aching muscles after skiing and was hot and well-kept. The cabin is very close to the Breck Main Street and ski resort without having the hustle and bustle. The mountain views from the deck and living room were incredible. The check in and check out was easy and the hosts responsive. We had no issues during our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Awesome location, awesome cabin, awesome views, awesome amenities!

Great House Close to Ski Hill

Sampled A Flight of Snow

3-generations converged in Breckenridge to sample various snow adventures: skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, UTVs, snowmobiling and tubing in just three days! House was perfect for our group of ten and the views from this property are awesome! We require a 5 bedroom rental for our family adventures, and this home did not disappoint. Well equipped kitchen, even had a crock pot to prepare a traditional Pennsylvania New Year's dinner. Happy New Year!

Great place!!

The view from the back patio and hot tub is unbeatable! A lot of space in the living area, dining room and kitchen. Lots of kitchenware and utensils. Very roomy for 11 people. Communication with owner is great, only had to touch base once and was quick response. The house could use a deep clean, but overall a great stay.

Beautiful location for Breckenridge! Host was very responsive when contacted. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Ample supplies of toilet paper and tissues. Lots of extras so no need to buy everything. Enjoyed the stay very much.

College 50th Reunion

Beautiful house and setting. We had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. All the beds were very comfortable, and the living spaces were perfect for us. One day we saw 3 moose in the yard. Great spaces for the dogs. The home was really clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great for our purposes. Check-in was easy. Cleanliness was not great. Dog hair on the floors and the vacuum provided in the unit did not work well. Trash was found on the deck and around the property. The dishwasher did not work well. We would have expected better for the high cleaning fees charged in these rentals.The blowup mattress is unusable, as it has a leak.

Perfect home away from home

No advertisements, photos or words can describe how wonderful this VRBO is. The house itself is absolutely charming and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, the most comfortable beds, fabulous hot tub and the view can't be matched, it's simply spectacular. I didn't want to leave. Our family has rented this house for a month the past three years, and we look forward to returning in the future! It's a very lucky person who gets to vacation in this home.

House is beautiful as is the view however shades wouldn’t work midlevel bedroom. Nor did the TV (except for 1 channel). Shower door upstairs wouldn’t close. Trim is separating throughout the home. A smoke alarm was absent upstairs. Another was chirping (owner made aware but didn’t respond). Vacuum cleaner broken. Driveway not plowed despite a 4pm checkin (my car was stuck. No owener assistance). Needs new pots/pans.

Perfect Family Location

We had a wonderful stay with family! The cabin was in a great location with amazing views. The owner is extremely responsive and accomodating. Any questions we had were immediately answered. He even made sure the cabin was decorated for Christmas prior to our arrival. The cabin is well appointed but could use a deep cleaning and a little TLC. The handle on the freezer is not attached and the kitchen sink faucet was also loose, but my husband tightened it with a allen wrench. The cornhole boards were also damaged and unusable. I'm pretty sure the previous guest either had long blonde hair or brought a golden retriever with them. We kept finding long blonde hair throughout the cabin, especially if you sat on the living room couch; it ended up all over you. In spite of the long blonde hair situation, our stay was pleasant. I'm confident the owner will make sure the cabin gets a deep cleaning right away. He clearly cares about the comfort of his guests.

We are a family of 4 (2 kids) + dogs, and we love to visit Breck every chance we get. We are in love with the Summers in Breck, but never miss a few weeks of the ski season as well. There is literally something for everyone here. What an amazing town.

Great, new, wide open floor plan, high quality solid log construction home near town and the resort, yet feels very secluded in the mountains. It is also a large home-site on over 1.75 acres, and is great for kids and adults alike. The amazing Views!!
