Du kommer att njuta av denna vackra stadsbostad med 3 sovrum med utsikt över Atlanten. Våra gäster har gällat om hur välutrustat vår stadsbostad är! Jag har ofta förberett Thanksgiving måltider i enheten, med allt jag behövde! Det finns två nivåer av balkonger - den utanför befälhavaren är mycket privat, och den på toppen har en fantastisk utsikt!

Vi har ett vackert och stort fyrkantigt träbord och en bekväm sektion med 2 fåtöljer i vardagsrummet. Våra nya tillägg 2019 inkluderar nya cyklar (3 @ 20 "och 2 @ 26"), boogiebrädor och solstolar och en tvättmaskin. Jag uppdaterar ständigt och uppdaterar vår enhet. Vi har alla rostfria apparater, nya matsalsstolar, en ny sida vid sida dusch och ett nytt utseende i sovrummet. Vi hoppas att du gillar dem!

Klubbhuset erbjuder bra underhållning när du vill ha en paus från solen, eller om du har en regnig dag (helvetet förbjudet!) . Klubbhuset inkluderar inomhus racquetball, träningsutrustning, fotboll, biljardbord, ping pong, toaletter, pool, badtunna, tennis och basket. Poolen är vanligtvis öppen Memorial Day till och med september månad, men ofta längre (öppen fram till 14 oktober, 2019).

Observera att VRBO kräver att jag gör online-bokning. Hittills har jag kunnat lägga in offerten manuellt innan det skickas till dig. Men nu kommer det automatiskt till dig, med ett 24-timmarsfönster under vilket jag kan justera priset. Jag ber om ursäkt i förväg om offerten skiljer sig från det faktiska. Det borde vara rätt, men ibland är det inte. Jag ville informera dig i förväg. Det enda som vanligtvis förändras är kreditkortsavgiften, eftersom VRBO bara tillåter mig att sätta in ett belopp, inte en procentsats. VRBO-serviceavgiften läggs till i min offert om du bokar via VRBO.

Paradise

The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with everything & more that you need at the beach. The beds were all very comfortable . The beach chairs were great. Loved the balcony & sitting out there with ocean views. We were just all very impressed & hope to stay there on our future visits to the Outer Banks.

Very nice accommodation. Townhouse very clean and cheery. Lynn was very accessible and pleasant to work with. Very nice view of Ocean from upper balcony off living room. Would definitely stay here again. Also very close to many good restaurants.

Great trip!

Complex was quiet and peaceful, beach access very simple. Unit was in great condition and garage contained everything we needed for the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

A Week in Paradise

We loved our stay in J5. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The unit is so well stocked! All the beds are very comfortable. The location is great if you want to explore the Outer Banks from north to south. We went to Corolla and Ocracoke! It was wonderful to sit on the porch in the evenings and see the ocean. Our favorite meal was at the Colington Cafe. J5 is a great place to stay.

Very nice place! Great location!

We really enjoyed the property! The unit was very close to the clubhouse and pool, and just across the street from the beach, so it was very convenient. The unit had everything you would need for the beach, including a number of bicycles. What you get is exactly as you see in the photos. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, but we are looking forward to returning one day. NOTE: If you wish to see the wild horses, I would suggest taking one of the tours originating in Corolla. I doubt we would have seen them if we had ventured out on our own.

Fantastic stay!

The owner is fantastic. Great view from the deck. Can hear the waves crashing. Beds are comfortable and the owner has this rental stocked with most things you may have forgotten. Easy walk and private access to the beach and pool! We would rent again for sure!

A great little getaway

We loved staying at Sea Dunes J5. It is a perfect location. Lynn is a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, for cooking, for relaxing or for bike riding. It really is a home away from home.

Literally nothing to complain about. Would choose again if in OBX

The unit was really nice. Everything was updated. Nice kitchen, nice comfortable s ctional with a big TV (50" I would guess). They had cable, Netflix and a Roku built in so I just logged.into my YouTube TV account. Bedrooms were good sized and beds were comfortable. King bed in one, queen in the second and 2 smaller beds in the third bedroom. It was a 4 minute walk to th beach and the beach wasn't too crowded. They pretty much stocked anything you could think of. 4 good quality beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler with wheels. Two showers in the unit and another in the garage if you just want to wash up right from the beach. They also had a second full size fridge in the garage.

Great location in Kitty Hawk for families

We enjoyed the location very much! We usually stay in hotels right on the beach but this was better for family due to the amenities (laundry, full kitchen, beach chairs/bikes/umbrellas etc) and didn't sacrifice ocean views (best from the top floor). Quick walk to the beach (all our kids easily navigate stairs but for younger kids that could be a challenge with all the gear). Super quick walk to the clubhouse with pool/hot tub (which we found to be clean, not busy at end of Sept). Close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Owners were responsive to little issues we had. We may be return renters some day!

September Stay

We had a wonderful time at this lovely townhouse very close to the beach. Lots of great amenities, especially the outdoor community pool and hot tub which are open through early October.

Summer Week Trip to OBX

Pros: Excellent Location, Well Stocked an labeled kitchen, Great Amenities (bikes, toys, streaming etc). Clean Overall. Cons: Older house with musty smell at certain places..master toilet makes a huge creaking sound everytime flushed.

Everything you could imagine

While this condo may not be the most ,modern place we’ve stayed at, it was by far the cleanest and most well-stocked house we’re ever had. Everything from beach chairs to bicycles , beach towels, cooking supplies, games, etc are present. It made vacationing so much easier because we didn’t have to lug all of those things in our car. The host was unbelievably explicit in her pre-arrival directions which were so helpful. This is definitely a great place to stay!

Felt just like home

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes J5! Lynn was an amazing host. The whole process was easy and the townhome was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It really felt like home for the week. Lynn was prompt with replies to any questions and even checked in during the week about the weather approaching. The gift card for ice cream was an awesome extra touch. We had a blast!!

Amazing family vacation

I want to say thank you to Lynn for welcoming my family into her home! I stayed in Sea Dunes J5 with my wife, two boys, mother, and sister. Lynn gave us everything we needed to know well in advance of arrival. Getting settled in the house was made easy because of how homey it feels. There is a lot of great space and my mother said, unprompted, that it felt like home the moment she walked into the house. The deck has a beautiful view of the beach and the house is only a short walk to the beach. My kids loved the community pool and my wife loved the hottub! The house absolutely had everything we needed for our stay and we really couldn't ask for anything more. We had a storm come through one night and it was great to hear from Lynn to make sure that everything was okay and keeping us updated on the storm and the experience we might have during it. We had a great stay and I would love to rent J5 again.

Excellent hosts and convenient location

Owners are extremely responsive and informative of changing local weather conditions. Convenience to beach is best feature of property and it is very well stocked. We found the beds to be a little less comfortable than we would like and some of the kitchen supplies were not in the best condition but they were supplied. Overall we had a great week and would recommend this property.

We can’t wait to go back!

We were so excited to get away and go to to the OBX for the week!!The reviews of the property made it sound too good to be true and it certainly didn’t disappoint!! We were traveling a long way, 12 hours, from Northwestern PA, and the extra hints to avoid traffic and extra toll cost was just one of the considerate touches Lynn gave us. We arrived to a note and a gift card for a local custard place on the kitchen table. When we got in the unit, we were like little kids running from room to room and checking out every little thing. From the comfortable beds and couch, to pretty much everything you would need to cook a meal, this was the ideal home away from home. I made several comments that I felt like I was at home because most of the produces that were at our disposal, we used at home!! The labeling and the notes were extremely helpful when looking for items. Lynn was available whenever we needed her, before and during our stay. We unanimously said we would book the same place again!! I read a review that a good review would make people want to book this Sea Dunes property and now I know why that comment was made. I want to keep this property a secret so when we need it, it will be available!! Hopefully we can book again soon!!

Perfect home base

I was having trouble finding beachfront property to rent, which is what I was looking for, but then found Lynn's condo just a block from the water. It was bigger than we needed for two people, but it looked clean and updated and promising. We were not disappointed! Lynn has done a wonderful job of updating and remodeling. When she says she has a well appointed kitchen, she isn't kidding! We picked up fresh steamed crabs from a local restaurant (within walking distance) and sure enough there were crab claw crackers and picks in one of the drawers. Everything is labeled so you don't have to spend a ton of time looking for things. We also loved the garage to get the car and our bikes out of the salt air. Lynn was very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. We would stay here again, no question.

We are now thrilled to be living just off the Island, in Powells Point. We love the beach and are happy to have the best rental on OBX! We have one son who is serving in the Air Force. Our other son (his wife and their two children) serves in the Coast Guard.

I also love that we provide all you need for a great vacation! I am often there for a month, and I have all I need for cooking all meals and enjoying the beach!
