Klassisk Salt Box med 3 sovrum och 2 badrum ligger på stranden tillfartsväg med kort 1 block promenad till allmänhetens tillgång till stranden. Stora främre däck och tak övre däck med havsutsikt. Helt renoverat år 2015. Nytt kök med granit bänkskivor, nytt kakel golv i gemensamma utrymmen och bad, ny matta i sovrum, uppdaterade badrum, platt-TV i varje rum, Wi-Fi och Netfilx. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och tillhörande badrum, gästrum med full size säng, gästrum med två över hela våningssäng. Sectional soffan i vardagsrummet med dra ut full storlek säng. Underneath hem renoveras för att inkludera tvättmaskin / torktumlare, Länkade Dusch, Utemöbler, Grill, takfläktar och stereo.

Another great trip!

Had another wonderful week down at this beach house. The weather was chilly but that was okay because the owners had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Looking forward staying there again!

Kitty Hawk Saltbox

It was nice. We had fun and enjoyed ourselves. It was much better than a motel or hotel room. There was more privacy with more peace and solitude. A nice experience.

Okay place to stay

Beds were not the most comfortable. Sofa was not very comfortable. Bring your own bed sheets and towels like the description says. We rushed in to use the restroom after our long trip and found only enough toilet paper for one person. So we had to immediately go to the store.

2024 vacation

The property was fine. We had a lot of rain and a pond stayed on the driveway leading away from the house. That’s no one’s fault. We enjoyed our stay!

Family trip

The location is great. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy. On the other hand, the beds and sofa, were so uncomfortable. The cleaning was very poor. We found a used condom underneath the bed. It’s unfortunate because we have a 3 year old that wants to explore everywhere.

Exactly what we were looking for

House was super clean , super close to the beach that we were able to walk there in the morning , noon, and evening! We never had to go out and buy anything minus our food! A.C. Works amazing and the fan and tv in each room is a plus! We brought sand toys for our daughter but there were extras just incase along with boogie boards too! Will deff come back if available ! Kudos to these owners !

Our new yearly destination

Location was perfect for a family with teenagers! Beach is a minute walk from the house as well as anything else we need within walking distance. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for us and the kids to enjoy our vacation worry free! Kids enjoyed the bikes since they could not bring outs on the trip!

We loved “Sweet Adeline”

Perfect little getaway! You immediately feel at home as you walk in. Clean, bright, and decorated just right for a beach house. Extraordinarily equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen as well as a box fan for white noise, a hammock, plenty of pillows, comfy quilt in master bedroom closet, good water pressure and great air conditioning. Bed in master was very comfortable. Very short walk to beach. Great owner response from booking to check out! Thanks, Chris, for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Beach House

This was our first time in the OBX. We had an amazing time. The house was so cute and cozy. It was super clean, and had everything we needed. The host, Chris, was amazing at letting us know that the home was ready for us early and let us go right in. Steps from the beach with a great view. Will definitely book again!

Relaxation at the beach

The house was wonderful, very close to ocean. I loved all the outdoor furniture and grill! My fiance and I got to spend a little time at the beach but just sitting on the porch or lower patio was our favorite part. We look forward to staying again soon with our son.

Great House.....Great Location.

First of all, Chris was easy to work/communicate with. The house was perfectly centralized and close to shopping centers. It was a perfect size with plenty of space for my kids and I to enjoy. My kids enjoyed the hammocks at night and hanging out in the crows nest up top. Nice open concept between the kitchen/dining and living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with clean pots, pans, utensils and silverware. If you're looking for convenience, this is the house. Thank you!

This was the first and only property we looked at when we made the decision to purchase a beach house. It's amazing location on a quiet street with very easy access to the beach and Outer Banks cottage charm had us fall in love with it immediately.
