Söt och Mysig restaurerade viktorianska hem i hjÀrtat av stan!

Nyligen renoverade, mysiga, bekvÀma möbler och sÀngar. 1/2 block av Harrison Ave. (mainstreet) innebÀr en lÀtt promenad till restauranger och shopping! PÄ morgonen, huvudet upp till City pÄ en Hill kafé och fÄ caffeinated för en dag av berg kul! VÄr stora frÀmre dÀck Àr en bra plats att lounge i solen med en kall öl i slutet av en hel dag, trÀffa folk eller bara titta pÄ folklivet. Stora akterdÀcket har fantastisk utsikt över bergen, gas BBQ och direkt södra exponering. PÄ vintern, gÄ till middag eller ta en film i alla vÀder! Huset Àr tillrÀckligt nÀra till centrum resturants att det kalla bergsluften inte ens har tid att sjunka in innan du sitter ner till en trevlig biff! Titta pÄ snön faller frÄn den stora bilden fönstret i vardagsrummet. Gör familj minnen spela spel och laga middag i vÄr nyligen ombyggda och vÀlfylld kök. Vi lÀmnade nÄgra viktorianska detaljer, som original mÄlat glas och en matsal vÀgg som visar det ursprungliga trÀet frÄn 1888 nÀr huset byggdes! Huset hade en gÄng 4 kol buring spisar ~ gamla chiminies kvar, men huset Àr nu vÀrms med pÄlitliga forcerad luft! I ombyggnads, fann vi gamla sömnad mönster fyllda i vÀggarna för isolering och cigarettpaket gömda i badrummet, som bÄda Àr pÄ displayen i huset.

Great place to stay right downtown, had everything we needed, was very clean and was right by the starting line of the Leadville Trail 100! Would definitely stay here again, hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Really nice place very close to central Leadville. We parked for the weekend and walked most places. Comfortable interior and exterior space, well-kept, comfortable and clean. We loved our stay!

Perfect home, perfect location. This home has everything you need. Was able to cook full meals here. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Had a tiny maintenance issue and the communication was excellent and fixed quickly. Will stay here again Jason the owner and Colin the maintenance man were wonderful to work with.

Fantastic spot with easy access to everything you need in Leadville.

Easy street parking for my car on a regular week, private spot out back if needed also. Loved the setup of the house. Had all the essentials plus for me to prepare all three meals each day. I used the Samsung tv with my iPad for the little bits of the digital world I wanted. Super comfortable and super accessible. Def staying here again for my next LV travels.

Highly recommend!

This is a charming home. The layout felt spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 5 and 1 dog. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and everything was clean. Jason was easy to work with when we made the reservation and we had no issues come up while we were there. The location is great - easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the trail for dog walking or cross country skiing. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Leadville Birthday Weekend

Fun and snowy weekend in Leadville. Got some cross country skiing in on the Mineral Belt trail. Enjoyed some delicious pizza at The Famous and yummy cocktails at Before & After. Jason's home was comfortable, clean and close as always!

Wonderful place and location

Had a great time. The home is very welcoming, and it invites you to stick around and relax. That said, there are great places within walking distance, like the Opera House and restaurants, and within a short distance driving.

Awesome Location in Leadville!

This is the perfect location in Leadville. It's right on the main street and everything is very easy to walk to. Outdoor activities are a close drive. The house was very nice and plenty spacious. Everything was as described in the listing.

Jaycie works as a nurse and Jason a biologist. We moved to Colorado from California to experience the magic of the Rocky mountains and the quality of life that is possible here. We love loading the baby up in her sled and cross country skiing in the winter. In the summer, we love to explore alpine lakes, meadows, and all the historic mining sites. Riding bikes though the aspens or just relaxing on the porch with our friends and neighbors makes summer time here in Leadville hard to beat. .

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We were drawn to Leadville by its unpretentious style, the amazing views in all directions, the rugged beauty and town history, its proximity to world class ski areas, and of course Denver.. We love that our house is IN the mountains...all we have to do is walk out the door and we are surrounded by public lands.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We also love the convenience of being based right in town! Our street is quiet, yet we can pop into town without getting in our car in a hot second! We love sleeping on the back deck under the stars and relaxing on the front deck after a full day of outdoor activities. Jason loves the big kitchen sink and granite counter tops, and Jaycie loves the good water pressure in the shower!
