Med 6 stora sovrum med en fantastisk omsluta veranda, enorm bakre uteplats, övre nivÄ havsutsikt och en stor trÀdgÄrd. Gott om uppfart parkering och bÀst av allt, en fem hus promenad till stranden. Perfekt för familjesemestrar, bröllopsgrupper och lÄnga sÀsongshelger. Huset ligger pÄ gÄngavstÄnd till First Beach (Easton's Beach) Flo's Clamshack, The Newport Beach House, St. George's School, och en 2 minuters bilresa eller cykeltur till Sachuest Beach (2nd Beach).

Semester i stil i detta modernt inredda och uppdaterade hem. Med 6 sovrum (kung, drottning, drottning, drottning, full + tvilling, 2 tvillingar) och 4 badrum, har hemmet en utomhusdusch, en bakre innergÄrd och en stor, platt, privat gÄrd som Àr svÄrt att hitta pÄ Eastons Punkt. Fyra platt-TV med fullt DirecTV-paket, WiFi och mer.

Det finns 2 spjÀlsÀngar (inte pack och lekar) för barnfamiljer. 2 vuxna cyklar och 2 barncyklar, strandleksaker, boogiebrÀdor och mycket mer. Ta dig bara in i bilen och kör upp (eller ner). Great property and location

We had a great stay! The location was great and walkable to the beach and restaurants and an easy drive to downtown Newport. Perfect place for a group and well stocked with everything you could need.

perfect for large groups

This is our second year staying here. It's a perfect house for large groups of multi-generational folks. Walking distance to the beach, and restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Newport.

A group of friends stayed here from out of town. Cannot recommend the property enough! Beautiful and well-kept from the inside out. Very comfortable. We loved the kitchen and back deck areas. All bathrooms were renovated and fully stocked.

Terrific house for hosting 11 adult guests- 13 for Thanksgiving dinner. Well-stocked kitchen, great location. Owner responsive to questions during stay. Comfortable bedrooms. Would recommend for large family gatherings.

Big House, Great Location!

We loved our stay at this property. It was very accommodating for our entire family (age range 1-6 years old). The house is in a great location in walk-able distance to many restaurants, liquor stores, and bars. Ben was great, very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Great views of the ocean!

Wonderful New Years at the Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Ben's home for the New Years' Holiday. The home was perfect for our 10 people, 2 families of 5. The house was very well appointed with everything our families needed for a great stay and the location was perfect. Ben was a terrific host and we plan to reach out again during the summer months.

40th anniversary family vacation

We had a great time, excellent location to beach, Newport. House was nice and clean, backyard was awesome for the grandchildren, we would stay again. There was a large amount of seaweed on the beach the second half of the vacation which prevented us from going in the water. The good news is second beach is close by so you can go there .

Girls' weekend

We loved our stay here! The house is clean and roomy, perfect for a large group with comfortable communal spaces, and room to spread out with the six bedrooms. It is well stocked with everything guests need. The location is fabulous - nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to the water, and a quick 5-10 minute Uber to downtown (parking is tough in Newport so it was more convenient to Uber). The host was very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful, well-appointed home

We were in town for our son’s wedding in Newport and needed a house to accommodate family coming in from out of town. The home had everything we needed and more. We spent most of our time relaxing and visiting on the deck, and our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The bathrooms all updated and beautiful, and the whole house nicely furnished. Lovely linens on all of the beds. It was just perfect for our large group.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

I rented this house for 2 nights in October with a group of 12 for my sister's bachelorette party. This house is not only beautiful but has plenty of space, extremely clean, and in a perfect location. It is located on a nice quiet street and is walking distance to the beach and cliff walk. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and felt right at home. I was nervous about running out of hot water with 12 people showering but was pleasantly surprised not one person took a cold shower! It will be a huge plus when the third bathroom is added but my group managed just fine with two bathrooms. The owner Ben was very accommodating and prompt with answering any questions I had. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home and hope to return again next year with family and friends!

Family Weekend

This is a lovely home, comfortable and very attractively furnished with lots of room for parents, grandparents and children. There is lots of space for playing games at both the dining table and the large coffee table in the living room as well as a nice collection of children’s games. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and even scooters for the kids. We were disappointed to find that although the photos of the house showed two bedrooms with full size cribs and it was listed in the the description, only the master bedroom has a crib. There was a pack and play stored in a closet which we had to use for the second baby. The location of this home is in a very walkable neighborhood convenient to restaurants and the beach.

Wedding day stress: Beware of neighbors

I rented this property for me and my bridesmaids to stay in during my wedding weekend in Newport while my husband rented another home around the block for him and his groomsmen. I live in Rhode Island and have really enjoyed renting houses when I visit Newport/Middletown rather than booking hotel rooms. The house and the location were as advertised and the bedrooms, common spaces, and bathrooms worked well for my group and were clean and well decorated. However, the listing should be changed from “all guests must park in the driveway” to “anyone who comes to the house ever must never put their car anywhere but the driveway or risk having the police called.” All of my guests parked in the driveway. However, we ran into trouble the morning of my wedding when my hair stylists parked their cars on our side of the street in front of the house. Apparently, despite a lack of signage, there is no street parking day or night (whereas in Newport there only isn’t overnight parking). The neighbor across the street, who stayed on his lawn staring at us, called the cops as a result. The cops told us that they get called to this property every week by the neighbor who clearly is upset that there is a rental property on his street. The cops threatened to ticket all of us which greatly added to the stress of the day. Luckily, since my husband’s rental was nearby, we just moved the cars to his house. To add insult to injury, we had sandwiches delivered to the house that afternoon. The delivery man was parked for under 2 minutes but the neighbors called the cops again who threatened to ticket everyone if they for called again. However, no cops were called when an Amazon truck parked in front of our rental to deliver a package to this neighbor and idled for 15 minutes. If I had known the extent of this issue, I would have planned to park more cars at my husband’s property and, thus, advised the hair dressers to park in the driveway initially. This would have avoided the whole issue and would have allowed me to have significantly less stress on my wedding day. I know its not “pretty” to clearly advertise information like this in your listing but if the extent of the rules and situation had been made absolutely clear, I would have been able to entirely avoid this unfortunate situation.

Gorgeous, warm and well-appointed, this property and its owner could not have been more welcoming. Walking to the beach was especially wonderful. We wanted for nothing and the owner even offered a Turkey pan for our Thanksgiving dinner!
