Rosemary Beach prime location

Right on the main road in downtown Rosemary - 4 large porches right above the restaurants below and overlooking the green space next to the town center building - someone had a wedding there one night with a live band so we got a feee show! Steps from the beach access and all the best restaurants. Didnt have to get back in the car from the time we arrived until when we left. Great stay, great trip,would do it again!

The location was great for anyone who wants to be close to restaurants and the beach without having to walk too far. The condo itself was clean, but there are definitely several areas that could use some improvement. The shower heads need to be replaced, and the balconies and balcony furniture were very dirty.The biggest downside for me was the building entrance. It was consistently dirty, and the lobby/back entrance had a strong food smell throughout our stay. There was a dumpster where all restaurant food goes to rt next to the entrance that probably was the culprit.Overall, the location was convenient, but in the future I would choose to stay somewhere a little farther off the main street for a quieter experience and avoid a building entrance that felt unclean and consistently smelled like food.
