Historien är denna 1899 hem byggdes för förvaltningen av de aktiva Gold Mines i området. Det är ett tvåvåningshus. På bottenvåningen har vi ett sovrum med en drottning säng, en mycket trevlig bekväm queen bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, ett badrum, och ett nytt kök med allt du behöver. Den andra våningen har ytterligare två sovrum. Ett stort rum med en drottning säng, soffa och loveseat. Ett mindre sovrum med en dubbelsäng. Den övre våningen Badrummet har en dusch. Utomhus BBQ gasgrill. Perfekt läge och lätt att hitta rätt på HWY 16/385 mellan Hill City och Keystone. Gå rätt granne med den berömda Dakota Sten Rock Shop, med gem panorering, min advanture, och presentbutik. Hill City nyaste vingård är också rätt granne med två andra winery inom två kvarter. Ett bryggeri intill och en precis runt hörnet. Och bara fem minuter till den världsberömda alpina Inn Restaurant. Även du kan få tillgång till ATV ledsystemet härifrån och gå norrut på miles av stigar. Vi har massor av parkering för campare, släpvagnar, båtar, så ta med dina leksaker.

Awesome Historic House

We had an amazing stay at the house. The space is simply huge. Three beautiful bedrooms, stylish dining room, and all that 10 minutes from Mt Rushmore. Responsive host.

Great time

This older home was beautiful. Loved all the wood trim! The home had everything we needed for our stay. It was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. I would most definitely stay here again.

Reunion trip

The house was an older one with lots of charm. Our beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Our hostess was always easy to contact, and very helpful. We would stay there again if in the area.

Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, and a 15,12,10 year old) loved this property! Ample space to spread out in seperate rooms, a location central to everything in the hills and CLEAN! It had all the ammeneties we needed and the host was very communicative. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were great quality. This is the first rental/hotel we have stayed in that it felt like climbing into our bed at home and getting cozy at the end of a long day (and I'm usually weirded out by sleeping in a rental bed). The location of this house was so convenient for our day to day activities. It is very centrally located to a lot of main attractions in the hills, so we could easily swing by and freshen up or eat a quick meal and head out for another adventure. I highly recommend this property!

Vacation

The locations of the house was great. It was right in the middle of everything we had planned. The house overall was extremely clean, it had a nice inviting floral smell when we walked in. Rooms got hot at night and one fan in a room that did not have a window air conditioner did not work. We did observe a mouse in the house one evening and messaged through the app. They were quick to respond and stopped by to deal with it. Although nothing was monetarily done about the inconvenience.

Comfortable & Historic

Overall, the place is comfortably historic. It's location is a bit surprising since it is tucked in with other adjacent attractions & businesses which is convenient. Will stay again.

Great place

Great house at a great location. House was clean and the amenities were great! Had everything we wanted. Will definitely be staying there again!! There were four guys staying there and had plenty of space. Outside patio was great for unwinding at end of day!

Fabulous!

Perfect! We were unsure when we arrived about location and then wowed!! House was so so clean! everything we needed including a shaded patio and grill for dinner. Hill City was a quick 2 minute drive for groceries. Every place we wanted to visit was an easy drive. Would Highly Recommend!

Wonderful home

It was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own space to stretch out after long days out and about. Having a full kitchen with a full sized fridge and stove saved us from eating out every meal. Thank you!

Great stay, especially close to hiking trails

We found this location to be exactly what we were looking for in terms of closeness to the sights we were interested in seeing and hiking. The Needle's area, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, the Wildlife Loop etc. I loved to be out on the trails early morning at 5am before the crowds and this location allowed that to happen in 20-30 minutes travel. The place was very clean and cozy. The one possible downside for some might be that the property is right off a major Black Hills Road and traffic noise continues into early to mid-evening hours. I got used to it quickly. I highly recommend you consider this location for a Black Hills visit!
