Flexibel ankomst- / avresedag för att rymma färjebeställningar!

Har allt med denna vackra hem på den privata, exceptionellt stort parti, bara en kort bekvämt gångavstånd till stan. Vackert anlagda fastighet med 4 sovrum / 4. 5 badrum samt separat pool cabana med lofted sovplats för två och badrum.

Första våningen: Imponerande öppen planlösning. Köket har Wolf spis / ugn, Subzero kylskåp, Bosch diskmaskin, marmor bänkskivor. Studie / kontor. Hälften badrum. Kök öppnar upp till två stora familjerum / livsrum, platt-TV, gas spis, våt bar och matsal. Trådlösa Sonos ljudsystem hela. Franska dörrar till Bluestone uteplats med utomhus grillning station, matplats, pool och omfattande gräsmatta. Utomhusdusch.

Andra våningen: Master bedroom med privat balkong med utsikt över poolen och landskapsarkitektur, badrum med dubbla fåfänga och stor walk-in shower. Andra sovrummet (visas med drottning säng, kommer att vara två tvillingar) med eget bad, två piedestalhandfat och kombination dusch / badkar. Separat tvättstuga.

Bottenvåning: Dessa rum kommer att uppdateras för 2018 säsongen! Tredje sovrummet (King) med eget badrum. Fjärde sovrum (Queen) med full badrum. Stora separat vardagsrum med platt-TV och tillgång till ytterligare uteplats med utomhus pingisbord.

Ytterligare: Solstolar, badhanddukar, kylare, fyra strand cruiser cyklar.

Exceptional Stay!

Wow!! This house was just perfect! Clean, comfortable and beautiful atmosphere. The pool was warm and the yard immaculate. We loved having different areas to hang out in on the first floor so the kids and adults could spread out. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful House

Lovely home with a very nice layout -the open plan was perfect for gatherings and the bedrooms provided privacy. We loved the central location and the pool!

Magical girls' weekend

This property was everything I had hoped for and more. It was lovely. Every room was decorated tastefully and comfortably, we had everything we needed, and there was an aura of peace about the property and was palpable. Our group of 5 fifty-something ladies did a lot of laughing, wine-drinking, and recharging. An easy walk to downtown as well as beaches. We loved it.

Friends and family getaway.

Escaped with the family and friends for a relaxing long weekend. House was beautiful, very comfortable with lots of space for all. Gorgeous grounds with a lot of privacy. Easy walk into town center. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Amazing Nantucket Accomodations!

My wife, four kids, and I has a great trip to this lovely property. The communication with the owner and the caretaker were top notch! They were extremely helpful providing any insight requested and responsive to any of our needs. The pool and yard were a huge hit for everyone, yet you were a short walk or bike ride into town. The kitchen has all that you need and even some staples in the refrigerator and pantry. All six of us slept great on the comfortable beds. We would highly recommend staying at High Tide!

beautiful house, great location

We had a great time at the house, it was so beautiful with an awesome kitchen, patio, living room, ping pong table, pool, everything! The house was clean and organized, great service from the management and great location. So happy we made this our choice for our stay.

Wonderful family house!

We loved the house and most likely would like to come back next year. Seriously, just fabulous! The rooms were spacious, well decorated and very clean, bathrooms and linens luxurious, and the owner very helpful. The kitchen could have been a little better appointed but a minor point. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved the pool and yard. The whole place was fun for games and hanging out. We used the bikes and beach chairs. The location was amazing. We were within biking distance to the entire island and all the beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Island Perfection

High Tide was everything we hoped it would be and more! We rented the property for a girls weekend and it was nothing short of perfection. All of the amenities we wanted, an incredible lawn + pool with tons of privacy, and just a short walk to downtown. Every room was comfortable and well-decorated and we felt completely at home for our two nights there. Claire was super communicative and helpful pre-arrival and made sure every step of the rental was seamless. Would recommend this house highly and hope to return again soon!

Pristine nantucket getaway

I've vacationed on Nantucket many times, and this house is the epitome of how wonderful the island can be. Everything from the house decor to the Kiehl's in the bathrooms, not a single detail was missed. The landscaping is gorgeous - lilacs growing by the house to create a majestic poolside shade.

Amazing ACK Rental Home

We stayed at High Tide for two weeks in August with our three children and had an amazing time. The location of the home was just perfect for our walks to town and Children's Beach each day and the pool and yard were a quiet retreat each afternoon and evening. The home itself was clean and had every amenity our family could need. Thank you so much for renting to us and we look forward to spending more summers at High Tide!!

Justin grew up spending summers with his family on Nantucket, working at the Sconset Market and teaching surfing.

Together, Justin and I can answer any questions about the island, make recommendations for activities (fishing, surfing, sailing, visiting the historical association, turtling on rainy days, or beaching!) and share some of our favorite places to dine.
