Perfekt för din semester med familjen eller par flyktbilen, detta 4 sovrum / 4. 5 badrum har en privat pool och vÀl underhÄllna grÀsmatta.

Den första vÄningen har ett rymligt vardagsrum accentueras av en gas spis och reglagen som öppnar för ett dÀck med utsikt över den privata poolen. Matplatsen ansluter vardagsrummet till lyxigt kök. De generösa gourmetkök funktioner vÀlvda tak och takfönster, skiffer klinkergolv, finslipade granit bÀnkskivor, bardisk och en tall-topp köksö. Separat tvÀttstuga utanför köket.

Den andra vÄningen finns ett stort master svit med walk-out tillgÄng till en andra vÄningen dÀck, klÀdkammare och eget badrum med separat badkar och stor dusch. Andra sovrummet och eget badrum med dusch, klÀdkammare, och andra tvÀtt.

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Rip Tide. We were on the Island for a family wedding and this was an ideal home base. The location was great and the property itself was beautiful, comfortable, super clean, had lots of space and bathrooms and the pool and bikes were such a great bonus. I highly recommend this property for families or groups.

Amazing stay!

I came to the property with a group of girl friends and we had the best time! This location is amazing - close to town and many other attractions. The house was clean and the pool was awesome. Highly recommend this for a perfect Nantucket weekend!

Girls 60th Birthday weekend

We had a great time celebrating in Nantucket. The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pool was a wonderful place to relax. Clean and as advertised. Highly recommend.

June visit

Multigenerational family of 5 adults and 2 children under 8 had a wonderful time on a family vacation. The location is perfect with easy walk to town with great restaurants and shops and ready access to bike path to Madaket or Cisco beach. We came early in the season and the heated pool was key. Plenty of space in house for different activities same time and we enjoyed the various board games and puzzles on site. It was nice to have separate bedroom options especially with children. Very nice provisions. Large and fast washer and dryer very helpful. Loved our stay and hope to come back!

Beautiful Nantucket Home for Family Vacation

We loved our time on Nantucket this year, and especially being at the house! The pool and grounds were exquisite and the location couldn’t have been better! The interior was also incredibly comfortable, inviting and well-appointed. It was lovely to use the bikes, beach toys and the grill for many bbq nights. We’ll be returning for sure!

Great location

We had a wonderful fall break at Rip Tide. We enjoyed the location- close enough to get downtown easily but still very quiet. The property was clean and well stocked with linens. The bikes were a great plus, as the property is right by the bike path to Madaket. I would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing!

We visited Rip Tide this weekend for a kid-free weekend getaway with friends and this house far exceeded our expectations. It’s so much bigger than I expected. The house was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed. We’ll definitely be back again!

Beautiful , clean convenient location

We loved our stay at This gorgeous Nantucket home. House was even nicer than in the photos, completely spotless, and the water pressure in bathrooms was exceptional. Location was great,, nothing is very far, but you can walk into town which we did quite a few nights to get dinner. The public golf course is also only 2.5 miles away.

My family had a wonderful time at Rip Tide. Everything was clean and ready for us & the location was great- about a 10 minute walk to town. Amenities such as the pool & bikes were great! Would definitely recommend a stay at Rip Tide!

Absolutely perfect!

The house and amenities were, as noted above, perfect! Everything was great - bedrooms, bathrooms, common spaces. It is very modern, but unbelievably comfortable and ready for hosting! It's an easy walk to town, should you feel the need to leave the house. Every couple in our party had a wonderful time, and Claire and the team was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Will 100% be reaching out again for next year!

Fabulous spot!

Property was clean, well decorated, light and open and simply gorgeous! Not to mention a perfect walking distance to town but also comes with a few bikes if you rather do that. Each bedroom had its own bath area. Also a great home if you have multiple groups or families as the downstairs and upstairs can divide the sleeping space nicely. We came for Stroll in December so didn’t use the outdoor area too much, but there is plenty of indoor living space; a large open kitchen, two dining areas and huge family room that all flows together on main floor There is also nice spot for work and even more hangout space in basement. Manager and owner of the home left helpful information and made the stay very easy. Would recommend to anyone, but book soon! this is a sought after property!

Perfect

I cant say enough about how great my experience was. The house was well appointed, and had that very homey feel that is often missing from a rental property. Even better, is the location. Town center is just a pleasant stroll away. Cant wait to go back.

Great Family Home- Beautiful

Simply put, this home is wonderful. We rented for two weeks and enjoyed every minute we had on the property. It was perfect for our family and guests throughout our stay. Its a newly renovated home and everything from the pool, interior design, layout, cleanliness was really done well. The location is excellent and is an easy walk into town. Claire and her team were on point and we will be returning next year.

Perfect rental house close to town

Rip Tide is a beautiful and spacious house with a very practical lay-out. We spent the weekend there over Wine Festival and had a great time. The proximity to town is great, and the house is beautiful with new appliances and finishes -- and much privacy. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

Justin grew up spending summers with his family on Nantucket, working at the Sconset Market and starting a surf school, Sconset Surf, which he has since sold.

Together, Justin and Claire can answer any questions about the island, make recommendations for activities (fishing, surfing, sailing, visiting the historical association, turtling on rainy days, or beaching!) and share some of our favorite places to dine.
