Great place to stay. Very clean and nice upgrades. Very close to downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and close to hiking trails right there on the mountain. Love Breckenridge!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and enjoyed are stay. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The communication was great. The location was perfect and quiet. We were a very short and nice walk to Main St. in Breck. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Jeanne

The property was clean and in a good location, but overall just okay. Smoking is allowed, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and there was a very strong air freshener smell throughout the space, apparently to mask the smoke odor. The toaster handle was broken, the facial tissues and toilet paper were poor quality, and the space was small. More transparency in the listing and a few updates to the amenities would improve the experience.

Came in off season, great location, had a small maintenance issue that was addressed in 24 hours. Building was under construction and wasn’t told until 24 hours after check-in. Luckily, it wasn’t a problem, but was not handicapped accessible due to the construction. Communication was prompt and accessible.

What a great place to stay! Walking distance to Main Street and all the fun! Check in was a breeze and went without a hitch! We didn't get to the pool, but it's right across from the property! It was a little warm and had no air conditioning, but we left the sliding doors open and a fan was provided and that helped a lot! Price was incredible (summer, of course) and we had a wonderful time!! Will definitely be back!
