This family-friendly home is large enough to sleep 15 people and there's plenty of space for everyone! Kids will love the fun themed bedrooms, and all the bedrooms come with fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and comfortable mattresses. There is a King bedroom with large ensuite bathroom on the ground level of the home, and the other bedrooms are all on the second floor.

Also on the second floor, you'll find a large TV lounge/office space with laptop friendly dedicated workstations. Stay connected with the complimentary high speed wifi, and enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TVs.

Back down to the ground level, you'll love the garden-facing furnished patio. Complete with a sparkling swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub, sun loungers to soak up that Florida sun! Dine under the stars at the poolside dining area, and you can add BBQ to the menu, thanks to your outdoor grill.

You'll love the fully equipped chef's kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of dining space for the whole group, and lots of cupboard space for everyone's leftovers.

Plus you'll be close to all the action at the Solara Resort. The gated entrance is attended 24 hours per day and just minutes from Disney World.

The Solara Resort clubhouse has two different pools areas, the main pool area with zero entry all the way around and the kids play area features water slides and splash bucket which they will love. For the adults, there are ample sun loungers and cabanas. In the Solara Resort clubhouse you will also find a Coffee & Gelato Cafe and a Marketplace selling cold drinks, snacks, pool inflatable toys, sun cream and other essentials you may need for time in the sun! Other Solara Resort clubhouse facilities include a basketball court, grass football pitches, volleyball court & walking trails. They also have another kid's dry play area situated outside the pool area with offers slides and climbing frames. ClubSolara is a teens club run by Solara Resort which offers a dedicated room featuring classic board games as well as an Xbox One, Nintendo and virtual games on the big cinema screen. The huge Solara Resort gym features treadmill running machines, cross trainers, free weights, gym balls, yoga mats as well as bikes and a number of different leg and chest machines. Here you can give yourself the full workout!

The Neighborhood:
The gated entrance is attended 24 hours per day and just minutes from Disney World. The community is located at the end Westside in between the US192 and Champions Gate. This a great location giving you easy access to the restaurants and the theme parks. 

The community features a world-class 13,000 sqft 2 storey clubhouse with onsite restaurant, communal pools, gym, kids club and a Flowrider surf pool & wake simulator, which is a first for Orlando vacation homes communities(additional fee applies). Access to the resort clubhouse is free for all onsite guests and there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout clubhouse and pool areas.

Other Things to Note:
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• Please note that we do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
