NYA renoveringar inkluderar en uppgraderad dusch, ett nytt sovrum och en ny luftkonditionering och värmeenhet.

Villan består av två separata enheter, en för gäster och en där ägaren bor.

Körningen till detta förtrollande läge tar dig från smala vägar till en grusuppfart som strömmar nerför kullen genom en olivlund där en platt och rymlig parkeringsplats öppnas framför den västra sidan av villan.

BOTTENVÅNING
På den här sidan går en privat ingång i glasdörren med en terrass fram till ett bekvämt vardagsrum och matsal med ursprungliga terrakottagolv. Det finns en soffa och en öppen spis i vardagsrummet / matsalen. Matsalen kommer in i köket, som ger en privat uteplats med sittgrupp. Det pittoreska badrummet med ett litet badkar har en tvättmaskin.

FÖRSTA VÅNINGEN
Det stora sovrummet ligger på första våningen med angränsande toalett och dusch delas med det andra sovrummet. Detta rum har en liten dubbelsäng.

ANDRA VÅNINGEN
På andra våningen finns en hall med enkelsäng som ger upp till ett tredje sovrum med dubbelsäng. Korridoren kan användas som ett sovrum med egen terrass, där man kan njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över Chianti. Det tredje sovrummet är inbyggt på vinden och är ett av de sex rummen i huset med fantastisk utsikt över Chianti. Ytterligare tre enkelsängar förvaras där för att ge totalt 10 sovplatser.

Landet toppar olivlundskivan snidad med en grov landsfält som kommer till de omgivande villorna. Huset ligger i slutet av körfältet med en stor privat parkeringsplats, landskap och fantastisk utsikt från ingången terrassen.

The Perfect Country Getaway

If you are wanting a nice and quiet setting in a very authentic Tuscan setting, this is your place. The taxis are a little difficult to get but everything is walkable. Alex the owner is one of the nicest people we have ever met. I would definitely return!

This house is a DREAM

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It lives up to every photo in the listing. You feel like you're in the middle of the country, but you're only 10 minutes from Florence by car. Alex was very communicative prior to and during our stay. It absolutely broke my heart to leave this house and come home.

La maison est paisible avec un environnement enchanteur près de Florence. Alex est un hôte excellent et très attentionné. Je le recommande sans hésiter et j’y retournerais volontiers.

Nice quiet place with good views and close to Florence

Spacious house with good views of the hills. Scenic drive from downtown Florence. Not easy to find the first time, gravel road needs some work. Alex followed up with all needs and helped us with our stay. We enjoyed the stay and the house was perfect for us. Thank you!

Amazing Tuscan experience!

Everything was perfect! Alex couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful! The house was clean, had everything we could have wanted and the view is spectacular! Definitely an good dose of driving Italian roads, but well worth it! We would return!

Unterkunft ist in Ordnung für max 4 Personen. Zufahrt ist etwas schwer zu finden und der Weg etwas abenteuerlich. Alles in allem ganz okay 👌🏻

Beautiful landscape but unpleasant bathrooms

The apartment is up on the hill looking towards Florence. When we were coming from Venice, we reached a very steep and narrow road going up to the apartment. The problem was that we did not see any passing bay and saw cars of opposite direction were coming down. It made us hesitate to go until we had more conversations with Alex, our host and walked up the road to have a better understanding of it. The position of the apartment is off the road and a bit difficult to locate, at least for google map! The apartment is large but the washing rooms are somehow in not very good setup that everywhere got wet when we were taking shower. The stairs are quite steep and narrow that we left our suitcases downstair. The outlook to the landscape was very nice and good down the hill in another side to Florence is good and no problem in getting back as well. It took us around 15 minutes each journey. Alex was very nice and willing to support.

Beautiful views

The home has incredible views, it’s quite & peaceful. We made a mistake by not getting a rental car from the 1st day. But otherwise it was a great experience.

Beau site en montagne près de Florence

C'est une belle propriété située dans les collines de Florence idéale pour les amateurs de calme et de solitude. En effet il faut une quinzaine de minutes pour se rendre en voiture au centre historique de Florence. Le proprio Alex est très accueillant et gentil. Nous avons appris en lisant des critiques qu'il pouvait nous préparer une ''food box'' vu que nous arrivions tard et que les épiceries sont loin. Ce fût très apprécié et demandez lui si vous arrivez en fin de journée; de cette façon vous aurez tout pour le souper et le déjeuner. Machine expresso très appréciée. Contrairement à d'autres appréciations, les routes sont carossables quoiqu'étroites, sauf pour le dernier segment entre la route et la villa......mais nous l'avons quand même parcouru avec une van pour 9 passagers et tout s'est bien passé. Voici quelques points à corriger: le prix de location est en pounds..... pour nous nord américains la différence entre le sigle de pounds et celui des euro n'est pas vraiment connu .... donc 30% de plus !!!!! suggestion: indiquer les prix en Euro. Nous avons séjourné en juillet quand il faisait dans les 34 à 38 degrés et la climatisation était vraiment déficiente: un seul climatiseur au troisième étage et la configuration des appartements ne permet pas à l'air froid de descendre....il faudrait vraiment des climatiseurs dans les deux chambres du deuxième étage. Une seule salle de bain avec douche pour 6 adultes.....il nous aurait plutôt fallu deux salles de bain avec cabine de douche . Nous aurions apprécié aussi avoir comme dans d'autres villas que nous avons louées, avoir un peu plus de produits de fond de cuisine comme un peu d'huile, des épices etc...... Cependant comme je le disais en début de texte un site superbe et nous avons passé un beau séjour chez Alex.

Beautiful, breathtaking views!!

Wonderful place with beautiful, breathtaking views of the countryside from the villa. Very rustic and just what you would want to find in Tuscany. Only one local restaurant and it's pricey so plan on doing some stay in meals. Keep an eye out for the Penny Mart for groceries on your way in. It's on the way to the villa. You can also purchase the Tuscan Box (groceries) from the owner. Ask for the details when booking. Our host, Alex, was so accommodating and we enjoyed our stay so much we really didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this property to anyone. Definitely a 5+ star rating on this one. Here's a side note NOT to take away from the villa or our overall stay. There is easy access to public transportation from the villa but I would recommend you educate yourself prior to using the bus system in Florence. AKA validate your ticket the minute you get on the bus. Trust me. The fine is considerable if you don't. We are the voice of experience.

Amazing place very rustic xx

If you're not into 5* city hotels love character with a few homely faults of old buildings, love walking or don't mind taking a risk driving the rollercoaster roads then this is the place for you. Christina saved us on the first night as I forgot the order the food box (recommend you do if arrive late) Thank you Christina pasta sauce & white wine had never tasted so great. Alex was fab when we wanted to light the amazing log fire... views to die for.... Just a tip if driving our sat nav didn't recognise number 24 the nearest it would take us was 28 which turned out to be in the wrong direction so if arriving in the dark please make sure you get correct directions from Alex as it took us quite a while to find the place in the dark lol..... just found as we called Alex thanks to a kindly neighbour. So worth the journey & adventure though & the house made what was a beautiful short Italian holiday attached to the end of visiting my family and friends in the UK on our way back to home in Australia. Even my granddaughter loved her new Italian home & thought it was her godmothers house. She was 3yrs old. I would not recommend for younger walking children because of the amazing marble stairs, stone floors & glass table (unless you want to spend your holiday with your heart in your throat as I did on the first day).... the view from the balcony is breathtaking and enjoyed a glass of wine up there at the end of the dsy. We went in January & there was plenty of blankets to keep us warm lots of nooks to explore. Thank you Alex

The Villa was perfect for our girls trip, with stunning views and great accommodations for 5 of us.

The Villa had everything we needed for our trip. The views were the most stunning and enjoyable part of our stay. A beautiful 30 minute walk through the hills got us into the main city of Florence each day. The location is not near a grocery store, so I highly recommend stocking up the first day. Taxis found it hard to reach and some were too nervous to go down the gravel driveway, so walking was almost always our best option. The villa itself was very nice. We went in the rainy season, so mosquitos were a bit of a nuisance and a lack of thick blankets made it a little chilly at night, but overall, our stay was wonderful.
