Detta vackra 5 sovrum och 4 badrum har nyligen renoverats. Den har en master-suite-badrum med en klädkammare, också en drottning-badrum och kan bekvämt sova upp till 10 personer. Detta fantastiska hem har en söderläge pool med spa, med värme som ett alternativ under de kallare månaderna. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med allt som krävs för att förbereda en snabb frukost innan du går till parkerna och en långsam spis, så att du kan ha din kvällsmat redo när du återvänder. det finns också en grill som ingår i hemmet så att du kan grilla din middag. Efter middagen kan familjen njuta av en omgång pool eller spela airhockey eller ping pong. Den täckta Lanai erbjuder en paus från solen på de varma sommardagarna som sitter runt poolen. Great place for a family

The host was great about allowing us to come early to a great place for a family with kids. Great pool, kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook. Since we arrived early, we met the owners and they were very nice and hospitable. The house was clean, and has plenty of room for a large family to stay. Would definitely stay there again for our next Florida family vacation.

Fantastic place to stay

My family and I had a wonderful time here, the property is clean, spacious and in a great location. The communication from the owner is excellent and she will do everything she can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. We would love to return here one day.

Amazing vacation!

Thank you Linda and Ron for providing such a beautiful place to stay that has all the comforts of home. It was exactly what our family needed to unwind after busy days at the Universal Parks. This was our third stay and we will definitely be back!

Our experience in davenport

Linda was very responsive and helpful from the time I inquired about the property before booking all the way until after check out. She checked in on us and made sure things were good during entire stay. Property was clean and as advertised. The game room definitely was a hit for the 13 year old and kept him occupied while we stayed in the house. The pool was perfect size and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking/meal prepping. Location of property was great as well. Definitely recommend this property. Would stay again if we visit Florida again.

Would definitely stay again!

This property was a great vacation home, between all of the amenities and a great host it was very comfortable. The house was well taken care of and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and available.The gated community is definitely a plus! The security guards were so personable and friendly. Thank You for having us we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay

I would like to thank Linda for providing us with a lovely stay for our family Christmas vacation. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We appreciated the extra steps she took to make her home special for our vacation. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend to any of my family and friends! Hopefully we can stay again in the future!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation! Linda was an amazing host. She was very friendly and responded very fast to our messages. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially the kids. The location of the house was very convenient to everything we had planned on doing, Disney World and Gatorland. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

Family getaway

The home was beautiful and spacious for our 2 families that stayed there. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids! We had a small issue with the pool heat- within 15 minutes the owners had called us and things were resolved. The owners checked in through out our stay to ensure everything was as we hoped and made sure we had no concerns! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family, would most definitely stay again!

Another amazing vacation!

This was our second time staying at Linda & Ron's beautiful vacation home and once again it did not disappoint. Linda is amazing to deal with and responds promptly to any questions. The house is in an ideal location to spend your days at the parks, shopping, and close to restaurants. Or you can spend the day poolside enjoying the sun. Best Villa Yet!

Linda and Ron's villa is just as described. A real home away from home, perfect for our extended family visit to Orlando. Well located off US27 in the nicely kept and small Solana Complex. Linda was very attentive and responsive prior to and after booking. Everything was arranged well ahead of time and Linda checked in regularly during out visit. All in all a great experience. Thanks Linda and Ron!

Fantastic vacation home!

Our family has vacationed in Florida several times and this was one of our best experiences with renting a vacation home. The home is just as pictured, if not better. All the necessities are provided and the house is very clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool every day, from early morning until night. The location is perfect with shopping and attractions located nearby. I can't say enough good things about Linda; she was so easy to deal with, answering any questions that I had and checking in to make sure that all was well while we were staying there. I would without a doubt recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. Thank you again Linda & Ron!

Solana

Linda was incredible to work with and we would absolutely stay here again. She is the type of owner everyone who has a property on VRBO should strive to be. She is very focused on making sure her guests have a great time and have everything they need. We stayed for a month and could not have asked for a better experience. Any minor issue we did have Linda tackled immediately. The house is beautiful with many new upgrades to make the property just that much nicer. Highly, highly recommend Linda and her property, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent stay

I'll be brief and to the point. Go ahead and reserve this villa. You will be glad that you did. Inside is clean, comfortable, up to date, and has everything you have at home. Beds were comfortable. Showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water (three adults back to back to back). The pool/spa was clean and clear. The pictures provided are accurate to this date ( not taken 5 yrs and 150 family vacations ago...beware). Location is just far enough away to get away from the crowds at Disney (20 min easy drive). Solana itself is gated and well kept with a nice clubhouse including games, pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. Lastly, the owner is actually concerned about the quality of your stay and communicates very well, both before and during your stay. We had an excellent week's stay.

Christmas holiday

Linda was nothing short but amazing to deal with. She even went out of her way to leave a gift from “ mrs. Clause” as we stayed over Christmas and my 5 year old was a bit concerned that Santa may not find us. The house has everything you could need supplied, she also got some toddler dishes and cutlery for us, again nothing but thinking about what would make our stay perfect. It was decorated out side and in to feel like Christmas. Pool was warm and clean. The club house was just a short walk to play mini golf, play at the park, another pool and volley ball pit. The few times I needed to ask questions Linda answered quickly. We did not need high chairs or playpens but had a few to choose from if needed. The games room was great on the cooler nights. We really loved that all the rooms had TV. Very spacious house. I would recommend staying here to anyone. 5 stars from me!

Was a wonderful stay!!!

Very nice property. Kitchen stocked with very nice dishware, utensils, and anything you could need or want. The pool and hot tub were very nice... Granddaughter loved it. Adults loved the hot tub. Lots of room. Excellent communication with the owner...she responded very quickly and was proactive in checking to see that things were going well. Very easy to get to the theme parks. Only two areas that need attention are the toilets and the master bed. Toilets could use updating as they clogged very easily. I had to use the plunger every day...not sure if that's the plumbing or a toilet issue. The master bed mattress was very worn... Could use a new mattress. Maybe we are just used to a harder mattress, but it's very soft and you sink down. We are old and need it a little firmer. Neither of these took away from a great 10 day stay, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

When we did our family vacations in Florida we found that Solana was a very nice area to stay. You are close to everything you could want to do to make your vacation memorable. We felt very safe in the community of Solana and love the extras that the Clubhouse has to offer. We personally take great pride in our home away from home in Solana and the home is maintained to our standards. We have done all the upgrades to the house that made it perfect for all to enjoy. You do not even have to leave Solana to have a wonderful time. Our goal is that when you stay in our home you will be counting the days until your next visit.

We purchased this beautiful home in March 2013 and flew in to personally update the home and add our own personal loving touches so that all of our guest will enjoy the home as much as we do.
