This beautiful penthouse condo on the 13th floor has everything you need to enjoy your Panama City Beach vacation. You can't beat the views from the XL balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or sip wine at sunset. Walk to St. Andrew's State Park or Patches right outside the parking lot since the location of this cozy condo and its incredible views are one you will never forget!
Welcome to Gull Watch, where you can walk straight into the ever popular St. Andrew's State Park on PCB's East End without paying the $8 vehicle fee. Take advantage of all of the amenities offered on site like seasonally heated gulf front pool or hot tub, shuffleboard, picnic tables and tennis. This resort is a local favorite with breathtaking sunset views from the balcony. Beach chair service is available to rent right in front of the property.
Guests will need to check-in at the security gate for passes and property details.

Elevators are on the ground level at the center of the building.
Local hosts available 24/7 who live right down the street. You'll receive detailed check in instructions the day prior to arrival and we are responsive and helpful throughout your stay.

Parking Details:
- Two vehicles are allowed per unit, but during major Holidays only 1 vehicle is allowed.
- A parking pass is required and HOA charges a fee of $40 for each vehicle.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
