WOW! Vacker renovering, strandutsikt från sovrum och vardagsrum, tennis

Njut av den fantastiska utsikten över denna nyrenoverade enhet. Du kommer att bli bortskämd av den direkta utsikten över viken, panoramautsikt upp och ner på stranden och fantastiska solnedgångar varje natt från nästan varje rum samt den långa balkongen som löper hela längden av enheten. Vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen har helt nya (oktober 2018) lyx orkanstyrkan golv till tak fönster / dörrar med utsikt upp och ner hela stranden samt tillgång till balkongen. Köket har totalrenoverats och utökats. Ny belysning har lagts till i köket, matsal och vardagsrumsytor och kaklat för att komplimangera en ny frisk och ren design. Sovrummen är belägna på vardera sidan av vardagsrummet för ökad integritet och alla har eget badrum. Enheten har gratis dedikerat fiberoptiskt internet för höghastighetsinternet och på begäran kan kabel-TV ses på den nya 50-tums 4K-TV. Varje sovrum har också nya TV och kabel.

Samtida elegans och vänlig säkerhetspersonal hälsar dig i lobbyn på Admiralty House. Det finns bara sex enheter per våning, så du behöver inte oroa dig för långa väntar på hissen. Det finns två kommersiella grillgrillar, tillsammans med ett stort socialt rum där olika sociala aktiviteter äger rum.

Känner du dig aktiv? Vad sägs om en runda tennis på de privata tennisbanorna eller utnyttja den privata stranden tillgång för en lång promenad. Intresserad av en långsammare takt? Varför inte ta en bok från biblioteket och gå ut mot skuggan av Chickee-hyddan eller solnedgången i solen runt poolen, den största poolen på stranden vid 60 x 30 fot. Allt har varit tänkt på att inkludera badstolar, så att du inte har bära dina stolar ut till stranden varje dag.

Enheten har också en dedikerad täckt parkeringsplats och det finns cykelställ. Byggnaden är bekvämt beläget och du kommer att vara inom gångavstånd från några av de bästa restaurangerna på ön samt andra butiker.

The property is truly fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked, and the outside furniture is perfect and versatile. The condo has the BEST sunset views on the island! Deborah is the best- thorough, attentive, and easy! We will be back:)

Amazing!!

Deborah was a great host. Her unit was very clean & had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The grounds and pool are beautiful immaculately cared for. The view from our unit was absolutely breathtaking. Sunsets from the balcony were incredible and we got to hear Taps played every night at sunset. We would highly recommend staying at Deborah’s unit.

Beautiful Condo!

Five Stars all around! We lucked into a last-minute cancellation at Deborah’s beautiful condo on the north beach of Marco Island. Deborah went above, and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered promptly. She even honored our request to have a recliner chair with arms placed in the condo for my mom who has mobility issues and needed the armrests to stand up. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything that you needed for a relaxing stay on the island. The pool is beautiful during the day and even at night time! The sunsets were all gorgeous and if you listened carefully, you could hear Taps being playing off in the distance. Conveniently located near pharmacies, restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Highly recommend the grouper sandwich on garlic bread at the Crazy Flamingo! Also, worth mentioning all the people at the Admirality House Condos were welcoming and informative, especially Tom and Joseph on the front desk! The covered parking spot kept our car cool in the Florida sun and there was even a free car wash on site. Thank you Deborah for a lovely vacation! We hope we can return someday soon!

Lovely January Stay!

The condo is on the beach with a lovely view of the sunset. The unit is well equipped and maintained and the building is very nice and includes laundry facilities and a heated pool. Restaurants are within walking distance. The owner is very responsive. We highly recommend this unit.

Great Location

We loved spending the month in this unit. The view from the balcony can’t be beat! It’s very well equipped with beach chairs, towels and we’ll equipped kitchen where we prepared many meals. Deborah was a wonderful host and very helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. We would stay here again.

Perfect Month of Sunsets

Deborah greeted us at the condo and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful the entire time we were there! The best things about this space are the location and the amazing sunsets from the beach or balcony! There are many great restaurants within walking distance. The beach in front of the Admiralty House was never crowded. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and all of your cooking needs and the grilling area by the pool was perfect. We hope to come back next year!

We Plan to Come Back!

My husband and I spent January 2018 in this beautiful condo and plan to return. The wall-sized doors and windows in all three rooms made the ever-changing view the highlight of every day. We loved the modern decor and renovations, enjoyed preparing meals in the complete kitchen, and appreciated easy access to the beach. The Admiralty House is staffed with friendly people and the building is quiet and well designed. Even though the units in this building do not have washers and dryers, we never had to wait to use the clean laundry facility on our floor.

Modern, clean and beautiful beach views

Location of apartment is perfect, right on the beach. It is clean, modern & kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Owners were quick to respond to any queries. Residents were very friendly. Great location for early morning walks. The sea temperature was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the beach enjoying the sunshine. All in all we had a very relaxing vacation. Hope to come back in the not too distant future!

A perfect place to spend a month...or more!

This apartment was perfect for us! Plenty of room - even when we had our 3 adult kids visiting - and a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the pool. The renovations that have been done gave us a beautiful space to live in for a month, and we couldn't have asked for more! The building itself is very well-kept and comfortable, and everyone was so friendly. The location of the building is also perfect!

Very nice, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Take a nice walk to breakfast, or collect shells on the beach. Great sunsets.

Couldn't be Happier!

After looking at a number of properties we decided on this rental and couldn't have been happier. The views were simply breath taking and we really liked that both bedrooms also had the same ocean views. This is the first time we've stayed at a place that had direct beach views from the living room and both bedrooms. Being able to wake up each morning to that view can't be beat. Most mornings it encouraged us to get up and hit the beach for a long walk. But sometimes it was great to just open up the patio door, let the breeze in and enjoy our coffees and iPads in bed. As wonderful as it was to wake up to the view, the sunsets were even better. Each night we would take picture and say, "this was the best one" and then it would be topped the following night. Needless to say, we now have a lot of sunset pictures! We loved the pool and the easy beach access right from the pool area. There's lots of good restaurants within walking distance for both breakfasts, dinners and two pizza places when we wanted something quick while we watched a movie or show. The condo offered everything we needed. It was fully equipped, clean, comfortable, just as described and we immediately felt at home. We didn't use the tennis courts but there was rarely anyone using them and they looked in great shape. The owners were helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We'll be back.
