White Spruce Cottage har en öppen planlösning med rymliga 9 fot tak över hela hemmet. WSC är unik, med alla tre sovrum ligger på första våningen och det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet ligger på andra våningen.

Befälhavaren svit innehåller en king size-säng, platt-TV, stor garderob, och ett privat master bad. Det stora sovrummet har en vägg av fönster så att passagerare kan njuta av den enastående utsikt över bergen.

Sovrum två innehåller en queen size-säng, platt-TV och garderob.

Sovrum tre innehåller en tvilling över drottning våningssäng med en tvilling trille, plattskärms-TV och garderob.

Det huvudsakliga badrummet ligger mellan sovrum två och tre. Ett tvättstuga ligger också på första våningen.

Den öppna andra berättelsen innehåller ett fullt utrustat kök, matplats, stort vardagsrum, täckt veranda och ett däck komplett med en bubbelbad med 6 personer.

Köket har rustika lönnskåp och helt nya rostfria vitvaror. Intill köket finns en matsal, komplett med ett stort matbord och skänk.

Vardagsrummet har en 55 i plattskärms-SmartTV, bäddsoffa och flera stolar som ligger runt rummet för komfort och bekvämlighet. Vardagsrummet innehåller en vägg av fönster som står inför Whiteface Mountain och de omgivande områdena.

Den andra våningsutrymmet innehåller också ett mysigt sittområde nära en gaspanna.

Den andra berättelsen täckt veranda och badtunna däck är tillgängliga från vardagsrummet samt från en utvändig trappa.

En eldstaden med stolar, ett picknickbord och en kolgaffelgrill finns på baksidan av fastigheten, tillgänglig vid första våningen ingången.

En parkeringsplats ligger bakom huset, med en sten gångväg till Lanai och ytterdörren.

Hela huset är uppvärmt med golvvärme i golv, kylt med mini-split-AC-enheter i varje rum och är utrustad med gratis Wi-Fi, DVD-spelare och mycket mer.

White Spruce Cottage ligger 5,5 km från Whiteface Mountain Ski Center och 12,5 miles från Lake Placid.

Great place to unwind!

We enjoyed the quite of this home as well as the short distance it is located to everything we needed and hikes we took. We appreciated being able to bring the family dog. The whole area is dog friendly!

Peace and tranquility

This home is amazing. We all enjoyed the peacefulness of our surroundings. It was very sad when Sunday morning came. We would definitely like to return in the future. Anniversary getaway

Our stay was amazing. Cassandra and Jeremy were so accommodating. There was everything we could have needed and more. The house was spectacular easy to find and so clean. We stayed for a long weekend anniversary getaway, Cassandra and Jeremy left a welcome basket with for us that made us feel so special. The house views were breathtaking.

This was our second time staying here, and we can't say enough wonderful things about the property and our hosts. Immaculate property with great facilities and attention to detail, and excellent location for skiing at Whiteface. Would highly recommend to anyone considering visiting the area. The photos don’t do this beautiful rental justice. Beautiful view, great location, warm-n-cozy inside . We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. Definitely going to book again.

Gorgeous view and relaxing

Communication with the homeowner was wonderful. If we had a question it was promptly responded to. The house is wonderful, the view from the 2nd story porch of whiteface mountain is great. It is a short walk into town and there are a number of wonderful hiking trails.

Great house and location

This house is located very close to whiteface. We stayed here for our hike of whiteface and Esther and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We already talked about staying here again in the winter months to ski. The owners were very responsive and have set up the house beautifully. There were many small details such as the labels inside the home, and the provided crib that simplified our stay and made it very enjoyable.

Beautiful stay at White Spruce Cottage!

My mom and I had a BEAUTIFUL stay at White Spruce Cottage. Perfect location in Wilmington to visit the local beach area with the dogs every morning and easy access to 86 and whiteface highway for all our favorite hikes and visits to Lake Placid. Clean, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Beautiful views from the balcony even on cloudy or rainy days!

The home is well-appointed, fully and nicely furnished, and was impeccably cleaned prior to our arrival. It is spacious and very comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, and remarkably quick to respond to any questions/problems. Our stay was very enjoyable.

This house was everything I hoped it would be. It's comfortable, very clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, great view of the mountains. We have found our go-to place for our future visits to the Lake Placid area and will be booking this house again in the fall.

Whiteface Ski Trip

We had an amazing stay. The house is only 5 minutes from Whiteface and 15 minutes from the town of Lake Placid. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of Whiteface Mountain. We will definitely be returning next year!

Great house for ski weekend

Great house for a ski weekend at Whiteface. Very close to the mountain, there’s a hot tub for after skiing, and the house is clean, warm, and beautifully decorated.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and it will not be our last! The hosts always have us prepared for our stay well in advance, the place is clean and if you don't want to leave the property, you don't have to, everything is there to make you feel like you're right at home. Wonder location

As an avid traveler to the higj peak region of the Adirondacks this is hands down one of my favorite properties iv ever stayed at. Its well layed out modern has a fabtastic vibe to the entire place. You feel right at home!

Perfect Home Away from Home

The owners provided everything and more than what one would expect. We had a fantastic stay and can't think of anything else they could have done. They went the extra mile and provided attention to detail. We highly recommend anyone visiting the Adirondacks to stay at their home.

Very Clean With Everything You Need

The property was very clean upon arrival and the hosts were very welcoming. We did not spend much time in the home as we enjoyed the beautiful weather and the great outdoors. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking during a short stay. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.

Absolutely wonderful !!

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation. The house is perfect. It was clean and well stocked and the hot tub was perfect for star gazing at night. They really thought of everything. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels for the week. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water .We had a small issue ( not the owners fault) but they were there in 10 minutes and stayed for hours until it was resolved. They couldn't have been nicer. We were there to hike and never had to drive more than 20 minutes to beautiful trails, and were only 10 minutes from Whiteface mountain.Also it was nice that we could bring our dogs. A perfect house, location and hot tub. What more do you need :) Can't wait to go back !!

Great house ner Lake Placid

We chose Wilmington becasue it is about 15 min from Lake Placid and 3 minutes from White Face Mt. House is super clean, great open layout, quality kitchen appliances, nice fire pit, and super great hot tub. Clear directions on using all amenities provided. Very responsive owners. Would love to stay here again.
