White Spruce Cottage har en öppen planlösning med rymliga 9 fot tak över hela hemmet. WSC Àr unik, med alla tre sovrum ligger pÄ första vÄningen och det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet ligger pÄ andra vÄningen.

BefÀlhavaren svit innehÄller en king size-sÀng, platt-TV, stor garderob, och ett privat master bad. Det stora sovrummet har en vÀgg av fönster sÄ att passagerare kan njuta av den enastÄende utsikt över bergen.

Sovrum tvÄ innehÄller en queen size-sÀng, platt-TV och garderob.

Sovrum tre innehÄller en tvilling över drottning vÄningssÀng med en tvilling trille, plattskÀrms-TV och garderob.

Det huvudsakliga badrummet ligger mellan sovrum tvÄ och tre. Ett tvÀttstuga ligger ocksÄ pÄ första vÄningen.

Den öppna andra berÀttelsen innehÄller ett fullt utrustat kök, matplats, stort vardagsrum, tÀckt veranda och ett dÀck komplett med en bubbelbad med 6 personer.

Köket har rustika lönnskÄp och helt nya rostfria vitvaror. Intill köket finns en matsal, komplett med ett stort matbord och skÀnk.

Vardagsrummet har en 55 i plattskÀrms-SmartTV, bÀddsoffa och flera stolar som ligger runt rummet för komfort och bekvÀmlighet. Vardagsrummet innehÄller en vÀgg av fönster som stÄr inför Whiteface Mountain och de omgivande omrÄdena.

Den andra vÄningsutrymmet innehÄller ocksÄ ett mysigt sittomrÄde nÀra en gaspanna.

Den andra berÀttelsen tÀckt veranda och badtunna dÀck Àr tillgÀngliga frÄn vardagsrummet samt frÄn en utvÀndig trappa.

En eldstaden med stolar, ett picknickbord och en kolgaffelgrill finns pÄ baksidan av fastigheten, tillgÀnglig vid första vÄningen ingÄngen.

En parkeringsplats ligger bakom huset, med en sten gÄngvÀg till Lanai och ytterdörren.

Great place to unwind!

We enjoyed the quite of this home as well as the short distance it is located to everything we needed and hikes we took. We appreciated being able to bring the family dog. The whole area is dog friendly!

Amazing property and hosts!!!

This was our second time staying here, and we can't say enough wonderful things about the property and our hosts. Immaculate property with great facilities and attention to detail, and excellent location for skiing at Whiteface. Would highly recommend to anyone considering visiting the area. We will definitely be back again!

Great house for ski weekend

Great house for a ski weekend at Whiteface. Very close to the mountain, there’s a hot tub for after skiing, and the house is clean, warm, and beautifully decorated.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and had everything my family needed, especially after a day of skiing. A hot tub was a plus. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Overall, this was a great experience!

Wonder location

As an avid traveler to the higj peak region of the Adirondacks this is hands down one of my favorite properties iv ever stayed at. Its well layed out modern has a fabtastic vibe to the entire place. You feel right at home!

Beautiful

The photos don’t do this beautiful rental justice. Beautiful view, great location, warm-n-cozy inside . We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. Definitely going to book again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The owners provided everything and more than what one would expect. We had a fantastic stay and can't think of anything else they could have done. They went the extra mile and provided attention to detail. We highly recommend anyone visiting the Adirondacks to stay at their home.

Great house and location

This house is located very close to whiteface. We stayed here for our hike of whiteface and Esther and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We already talked about staying here again in the winter months to ski. The owners were very responsive and have set up the house beautifully. There were many small details such as the labels inside the home, and the provided crib that simplified our stay and made it very enjoyable.

Gorgeous view and relaxing

Communication with the homeowner was wonderful. If we had a question it was promptly responded to. The house is wonderful, the view from the 2nd story porch of whiteface mountain is great. It is a short walk into town and there are a number of wonderful hiking trails.

Our stay at this house was full of beautiful views from the deck, a clean kitchen and supplies for cooking, a wonderful fire pit. It was the perfect location to local Wilmington Town Beach area where we took our dogs everyday. Great central location to several hikes in the Whiteface and Lake Placid region. Over all a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to return

We had a terrific stay with our family. Can’t say enough good things about the property. The house met all our expectations and more. The owners were very attentive and prompt if we had a question. If our travels ever bring us back to the area we would definitely stay again. A 10/10 rating just doesn’t seem high enough.

Amazing home and property that had everything you could imagine! Owners were very friendly and great at responding to any questions we had! This is by far the best VRBO rental we have had. They had everything you could imagine plus extra! Kitchen fully stocked with every appliance, cookware, and place settings that you would need. I was even surprised by what I did find for availability! More than enough towels to use. The home is amazingly beautiful as well as the property. We wish we had made use of the firepit, but we ran out of time. The location is quiet and views are spectacular. It is nice to sit on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and just listen to nature. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after each day exploring. I will definitely consider booking this again!

Peace and tranquility

This home is amazing. We all enjoyed the peacefulness of our surroundings. It was very sad when Sunday morning came. We would definitely like to return in the future. Anniversary getaway

Our stay was amazing. Cassandra and Jeremy were so accommodating. There was everything we could have needed and more. The house was spectacular easy to find and so clean. We stayed for a long weekend anniversary getaway, Cassandra and Jeremy left a welcome basket with for us that made us feel so special. The house views were breathtaking.

Beautiful stay at White Spruce Cottage!

My mom and I had a BEAUTIFUL stay at White Spruce Cottage. Perfect location in Wilmington to visit the local beach area with the dogs every morning and easy access to 86 and whiteface highway for all our favorite hikes and visits to Lake Placid. Clean, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Beautiful views from the balcony even on cloudy or rainy days!

This house was everything I hoped it would be. It's comfortable, very clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, great view of the mountains. We have found our go-to place for our future visits to the Lake Placid area and will be booking this house again in the fall.

Whiteface Ski Trip

We had an amazing stay. The house is only 5 minutes from Whiteface and 15 minutes from the town of Lake Placid. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of Whiteface Mountain. We will definitely be returning next year!

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and it will not be our last! The hosts always have us prepared for our stay well in advance, the place is clean and if you don't want to leave the property, you don't have to, everything is there to make you feel like you're right at home. Clean beds, clean showers, clean jacuzzi, clean EVERYTHING. Thank you for another wonderful stay in the Lake Placid area!

For the past 20 years, Jeremy has been a maintenance and construction manager at a 4 diamond resort in Lake Placid, New York. Cassandra works as a high school and college educator in Plattsburgh and Clintonville, New York.

White Spruce Cottage was built at 3 White Spruce Way by the owners, Jeremy and Cassandra Vincent. Every detail was addressed, from granite counter tops to comfortable linens to unique decor. WSC was completed in the spring of 2016.
