Found and moved from nearby Cat Spring, this quaint early Texas house is nestled in the woods. It is one-story, two-bedrooms, one-bath Bungalow rental in Texas that offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, silverware, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, oven/stove.
For a bonus, a private hot tub secluded in the woods behind the house.
Living room features a wood-burning stove. The bathroom features original claw-foot tub that remained in the house. Front porch to sit and while away your time, have a cup of tea or glass of wine. View all of our cabins and Texas bed and breakfast options and book a getaway to remember.
Sleeps 4, possibly a 5th person (child) on fold-out sleeper in living room.

A continental breakfast is included in your lodging rate and is placed in your house or cabin and there upon arrival, for you to enjoy at your leisure each morning. It includes coffee, tea, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and granola bars. If you choose to opt-out of breakfast when booking your reservation online, you will receive a discount, but no breakfast will be provided during your stay with us if you choose to opt out for the discount. All of our houses and cabins do feature either full or efficiency kitchens, so you have the option to cook during your stay. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate gluten-free diets with our breakfast offerings and recommend opting out of breakfast if you have allergies.
Whether you are coming for a family vacation, corporate retreat, or a romantic getaway in Texas, our Texas Bed and Breakfast Ranch is your destination for a unique vacation. Enjoy a peaceful country setting with your choice of 14 houses and cabins on the main Ranch, plus some glamping options.
*Our accommodations are equipped with optional internet stations for those who wish to access the web. For a nominal fee of $10 per day, you can choose to plug into the online world. Or if you're looking to unwind and unplug, there's no need to do anything-simply enjoy the serenity of the countryside!
Experience an authentic Texas getaway at BlissWood Bed and Breakfast Ranch. Viewing (and petting of some) ranch animals and nature walks, birding, hiking, or bicycling on our ranch trails are all included activities with no additional charge. In 2010 Carol, the owner and innkeeper, began fostering Border Collies, a contribution that has now become a dedicated passion with over 400 foster dogs passing through the Ranch on the way to their forever homes. The Exotic Animal Safari is a 45-minute guided expedition through our exotic pasture and is a great way to catch a glimpse of American Bison, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Red Deer, Blackbuck Antelope, and more! Another great way to get up close and personal with the wildlife is with a morning ranch feeding tour as a part of our Family Fun Package. Give the animals a nice breakfast and interact with a wide variety of unique creatures from all across the globe!
