Charm of Mesilla - New Cozy exquisitely furnished home.

The “ Charm of Mesilla” is the newest addition in the village of Mesilla.
This new build home has 3 bedrooms , 2 1/2 bath with a study that has a pullout sofa that sleeps two.
All bedrooms have a walk-in closet and each is equipped with a ceiling fan. There are two refrigerated air units to service the entire house. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove/oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and microwave.
We have a dining area that seats six easily and a kitchen bar area that seats two.
There is also a nicely furnished front patio, looking out to view the beautiful sunsets in the evening or a coffee in the morning.

We are walking distance to the historic Mesilla Plaza, where Billy the Kid was once jailed and where the Gadsden Purchase was signed. Also walking distance to parks, restaurants, shops, museums, and the oldest indoor theater.

You are just minutes away from New Mexico State University and downtown Las Cruces. The Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park is 5 minutes away. White Sands National Monument is only a 45 minute drive away.

You will be hosted by Elizabeth and Ruben Smith, life long community residents. We look forward to greeting you .

It was clean and well maintained. It would be nice to have screens on the side doors in front. Overall it was nice, and we appreciated the walking distance to the Old Messilla square.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Mesilla home! It was clean, specious, and comfortable. The decor was in extremely good taste. Had a great time!

I am a lifelong resident of Las Cruces and a retired businessman. I’ve been a practicing musician all my life, playing in Symphony’s jazz bands, and a rock ‘n’ roll band.

Liz is a retired school teacher having taught for 25 years. We are proud parents of two sons and one daughter and proud grandparents of two girls and two boys.

We chose Mesilla because of the historic and quaint history that it has. It is walking distance to the historic plaza, shops, restaurants and close to NMSU and White Sands Nat’l Monument among many other points of interest.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The “Charm of Mesilla” looks like a small bungalow until you enter it. It is a new build, and is very spacious with three full bedrooms and one study with a pullout double bed. It has 2 1/2 baths along with all the amenities. As large as it is, it gives you a sense of cozy comfort. A very unique find.
