LEGAL RENTAL with chefs kitchen, 14 foot island for entertaining , jacuzzi hot tub, a steam room shower, a massage chair, 85" inch TV. On the second floor of a mixed use building, you have a neighbor on the first floor, but very private . Please keep inside both A&B doors as the stairs up is a common area.
- Unit A has 2 master beds & half a bath.
- Unit B has 2 bedrooms, a Kitchenette and a full bathroom
- Universal city is a 6 min walk .
- Great restaurants
- Starbucks and liquor store are walking distance
This Modern Unit has a 2 kitchens (including all the necessities), 4 queen beds, 2 couches, dressers, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half-bathroom, jacuzzi tub, steam room, 4 bedrooms, washer and dryer, 1 curved tv, a 85” tv, 3 additional tv’s, and a beautiful living room. If you’d like to bring your video game console, you could connect it to the HDMI port found in Unit A, but we do not provide the wires, please bring them with you if you are looking to game here.
There is the entrance on street level then you go up the stairs these are considered common areas, upstairs there are 2 doors A &B both is for you to share but please stay inside doors and close doors.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
We usually do not host guests with no reviews. If no reviews, can you tell me more about your group and reason for visit.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
For security purposes, please be aware there are cameras in the common areas (right outside the doors of the units A & B as well as the bottom of the staircase) and outside the building for the protection of our property. There are absolutely NO cameras within the actual unit.

1. How many guests will be staying with us and their approximate age range?
Will there be any visitors stopping by during your stay?
2. The purpose of your visit – is this a relaxing vacation, a busy business trip, or something else entirely?
3. Confirmation that you've had a chance to read through our house rules. You can find these in the "House Rules" section at the bottom of the listing.

HOUSE RULES
1. Please keep your shoes by the entrance upstairs to keep any bacteria from entering the loft and also because some shoes may damage the floor.
2. Please do NOT throw trash in Neighbors bin. There will be a $50 charge
3. Only 12 people allowed in the property, I would like you to invite them to join the reservation after I approve, I need to see all 12 names. We have video cameras outside building, any more people will be not allowed and reservation will cancel and you need to get out of property. Hope that works for you.
4. NO drug usage permitted on the premises, including weed/pot. If you smoke in the house the alarm will go off.
5. Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside.
6. AUTO DOOR LOCK, the door with the keypad locks automatically in 30 seconds, please make sure that you close the door correctly, if it does lock before you close it, turn the knob to go back into place then close the door again so it closes correctly.
7. Please CLOSE your doors A and B when you arrive and please do not hang out in the common are the corridor and entrance.
8. When you use towels or blankets please don’t put them back, please put it in the laundry basket.
9. Please keep the balcony door closed if your not using it, so flies or other insects stay out.
10. And of course, have fun!
