Guests can access the home using digital combination locks. The code is provided 24hr before guest arrival. There are 2 front doors and 1 rear door for access.

Guests have access to a private riverway behind the home which drops down into the beautiful Atlantic!

Guests may also use key fob access to visit the neighborhood's Pool & Recreation area, with a separate canoe/kayak drop-off.

Parking available for up to 5 cars with 1 shaded spot.

Professional photos were not reality

We stayed one night with family ranging from 10 months to 62. There were 9 of us. The children walked around the house after taking shoes off at the door and as you can see from the photo their feet became black within minutes. I’m not sure they have been cleaned for a long time. The pool was closed which we were never made aware of. When I discussed this with the management company they acted unaware which I find amusing considering the sign at the pool referenced hurricane Helene being the reason. We totally understand that possibility however it was never brought to our attention prior to us discovering this. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night as we would not have put up with the disgusting conditions for longer than that. As an aside the “river” is more of a mud trench fyi this is something of interest to future travelers.

False Advertising

This place advertised as a Coastal Escape with community amenities, including pool and playground. “Beach access” within “two blocks walking distance” was laughably an empty lot with a no trespassing sign between two homes on the bay. The “river access” was a mud creek behind the house, overgrown and barely wide enough to fit the advertised kayak. The pool was not available. The only thing coastal was the interior decor. The community amenities were not available during our stay, but no mention was made of this temporary closure on Vrbo. . Our grandchildren, who were looking forward to the pool and playground had no access. It had been closed for a month according to personnel, and would be closed almost another month. Yard/exterior were a mess. In addition to these things, the place was sparsely supplied. No kitchen towels, no potholders, no dishwashing soap, only one dirty sponge, nocorkscrew, less bath towels than our number of guests, no washcloths, only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We later found a chain locked covered that could be opened wide enough to grab a thing or two. There were two sharp nails sticking out of the floor way right by the kitchen door, to which I sent photographs and alerted the property manager. I will give the property manager credit. He could not do anything about the false advertising, but he did order supplies and they were delivered the second day. We were concerned about the number of working smoke alarms.

Cozy and close to IMG

The property is as described with no surprises. The house was clean and comfortable. We comfortably slept 10 folks and I took the pull out sleeper chair...which was not comfortable but good enough! The hot water ran out quickly with only one other person showering before me. But other than that, it was flawless. Thank you for sharing your home!

We absolutely loved our stay. We travel frequently and we visit this particular area every year. I have already told the host we will be back next year and as long as this place is available. There is SO much room which we loved.
